Friend, I thikn coming Saturn Subdahsa can bring come more troubles. Chant mahamrityunjaya mantra may help you. You may have to do more than just chanting mahamrityunjaya mantra. If you can do it 23,000 times in 40 days I think it can be of more help. I know it is lengthy and time consuming process but this is what saturn want from you, patience, devotion and truth. Another improved form of mahamrityunjaya mantra is 'Samputit mahamrityunjaya mantra" But it takes double the time than normal so making it more difficult to chant. Another thing about mahamrityunjaya mantra is that it's pronounciation must be very accurate. a little change is syllable may change it's effect. This theory usually appy to all mantras but it strictly applies to Mahamrityunjaya mantra. Even if you cannot do 23,000 times then you can chant it as many times you can do comfortably. recommended least is 108 times daily (1 mala) to complete 23,000 times in 40 days you will have to do 5 malas daily. It usually takes a little above one hour if you remember the mantra and are fluent with the pronunciation. For fasting, specic days have specific significance of fasting.
