2. It can be proven. I cannot prove it. Only you can prove it. Don't be cheated by words. There is a truth beyond all the bags of words of the schools: Krsna. And He is the only truth - the Christian, Muslim, and Absolute Truth. It can be known.

4. With all the nonsense around me in this world, finding something like this is a very special treat. Thanks, bhakti-lata-bija.
5. Yes, Madmax, I am doing fair thee well. I have enjoyed your depth and salty maturity all these years. Boiling it down, you always cut to the chase. I don't want to think of a world without Mahaksadasa, so I expect we'll both float around in cyberspace for many years to come. Maybe I'll celebrate retirement in 2016 with a road trip to the Pacific for a tearful kirtana with an old friend. gHari
6. A waste of time I guess: smart answers to dumb questions.
7. I remember how Srila Sridhara Maharaja would speak about the three leanings of the conditioned living entity: exploitation, renunciation, and dedication. In my mind they equate mechanically to the modes of passion, ignorance and goodness respectively. That is, passion to exploit the senses; ignorance to sleep to avoid the whole ordeal; goodness to engage in the eternal pastimes of the soul, in dedication to God.
8. The world has to humble out those big Merican egos somehow. A little karma to measure, more than just ozone sunburns this time.
9. I heard it is a stone from the original House of Worship created by Abraham.
10. The future ..... we all go back. Back to Godhead.
11.
Hare Krishna comes of age: the movement has matured into a mainstream religion after years of tumult and scandal—but escaping the past never is easy
"Coming back, he found ISKCON a vastly changed place. "When the movement had great wealth, it attracted a number of people who did not have fully spiritual motivations," he contends. "Now that the movement is poor--surviving, but poor. Those who have remained have remained because they truly believe; they truly practice; and they truly care." Srimad-Bhagavatam 10.80.32:
sa vai sat-karmaNAM sAkSAd dvijAter iha sambhavaH Adyo 'Gga yatrAzramiNAM yathAhaM jJAna-do guruH
saH--he; vai--indeed; sat--sanctified; karmaNAm--of duties; sAkSAt--directly; dvi-jAteH--of one who has been twice born; iha--in this material life; sambhavaH--birth; AdyaH--first; aGga--My dear friend; yatra--through whom; AzramiNAm--for the members of all the spiritual orders of society; yathA--as; aham--Myself; jJAna--of divine knowledge; daH--the bestower; guruH--spiritual master. My dear friend, he who gives a person his physical birth is his first spiritual master, and he who initiates him as a twice-born brAhmaNa and engages him in religious duties is indeed more directly his spiritual master. But the person who bestows transcendental knowledge upon the members of all the spiritual orders of society is one's ultimate spiritual master. Indeed, he is as good as My own self. 13. Do we bark back at dogs? This unfortunate arrogant one does not even recognize Gauranga. Let their empty hearts alone - they will be mentalists forever.
14. Whence come such foul creatures in the name of Vaisnavism? No devotion, just mental egoism - empty dark lifeless words from an empty dark lifeless heart. Spare us the pain.
15. Whence comes faith? Whence comes faith in Gauranga? Whence comes faith in Christ? Can fossils change faith?
16. If the US wars on Iran, the world will write the States off as dangerous lunatics - no matter what rhetoric they spout as their reason.
17. From the capital I can see a large body of water outside to attract and humble visitors (like that six million man march). I would see a dome which on the inside shows the current night sky of stars to establish the point in time when such a glorious religious scientific monument was erected in the early 21st century. I don't think the dome necessarily is the central structure of the presentation, but more of an introduction to the subject matter presented within.
18. http://www.quotedb.com/authors/albert-einstein "God does not play dice with the universe." "The more I study science, the more I believe in God." "I want to know God's thoughts...the rest are details." "God is clever, but not dishonest." "Before God we are equally wise and equally foolish." "The finest emotion of which we are capable is the mystic emotion. Herein lies the germ of all art and all true science. Anyone to whom this feeling is alien, who is no longer capable of wonderment and lives in a state of fear is a dead man. To know that what is impenatrable for us really exists and manifests itself as the highest wisdom and the most radiant beauty, whose gross forms alone are intelligible to our poor faculties - this knowledge, this feeling ... that is the core of the true religious sent iment. In this sense, and in this sense alone, I rank myself amoung profoundly religious men." -- Albert Einstein

20. In the following short treatise, Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura explains that ultimately religious truth becomes non-sectarian when the final goal is reached: http://geocities.com/caitanyamahaprabhu/garland1.htm
21. Vaishnavism is an extremely powerful religious school that takes one beyond the words and idioms of the books. That is true religion. From that platform of reality one can see the truth in all religions, that each path is Krsna's path, that each path is necessary to attract and allow various levels of attachment and misconception to evolve and progress toward real love of God.
