Bin seye mam svami Ram namami namami namami" Every mahatma is challenging all these rascals.Mayavadis,smartas,etc. No one can overcme Maya.It is Bhagvan's divine energy. The supreme lord also challenges, "This maya is My divine energy.No one can conquer it." -bhagvad gita.

every mahatma (who is genuine) knows the Spiritual Truth that Sri krsna/sri Visnu/His avatara, is infinitely more worshipable than Brahmn dravya(the undifferentiated,formless,quality-less spiritual effulgence.) Sri shankaracharya himself has declared that "shuddhayati naantar aatma krsna padam bhoj bhaktimriteh." Without serving the lotus feet of Sri krsna,the basic goal of cleansing the material mind IS NOT POSSIBLE. And control over mind is the first step to any spiritual realisation.So any 'mahatma' who says that he is realised without doing sri krsna bhakti,SLAP HIM.IF YOU DNT SLAP HIM,YOU WIL ALSO FALL INTO THE DITCH WITH HIM.

Lord shiva confesses to Parvati,"Whenever some one say 'RA', i wait with utmost eagerness that the person might say 'MA' eventhough he is going to say 'vana' ." Look at lord shiva's state.He just wants to hear RAMA.He gets such happiness. Lord shiva is the king of all yogis.He has conquered kaama/lust.This same lord shiva takes Parvati to svetadvipa or the planet of Ksirodaksayi Visnu.He prays to the lord,"Oh lord,i have cme here with the desire to see that Mohini svarupa you manifested in front of the demons and devas." Sri vishnu brushed it aside,saying,"let it be.Let it be,now why you want to see ?" But Shiva insisted.Being so in love with His devotee,Sri vishnu relented.He immediately manifested the eternal Mohini avatara with the agency of Yogmaya.Shiva saw Her and he lost all sense.He brushed Parvati aside,who was sitting on his lap,and he ran.He ran like a lusty man after Her. Make no mistake.This is a LEELA.shiva is no maya baddha jeeva. But still,all these incidents point that every single living entity is running towards ANANDA.And that ananda is Sri Krsna alone. Even paramhamsas cannot keep frm crying like a maniac when they hear Sri krsna's Name,Form,Pastimes/Leela,etc.

Sanaka,shaunaka,paramhamsa,vyasadeva,sukadeva,paramhamsa...these all are paramhamsas i.e. They have complete realisation of the self.Whats more,these paramhamsas are the baap of your ordinary paramhamsa.These brahmanandis,atmaramas,purna kaam,nishkaam paramhamsas are drinking the nectarean flow of the bhagvatam. Shaunaka paramhamsa is the topmost authority on Jnana kanda. He was in total samadhi.This samadhi doesnt break EVER.Remember we are talking about BAAP of ramakrsna paramhamsa and all those paramhamsas. While in this samadhi,shaunaka treaded towards vaikuntha in the spiritual sky.The fragrance of the tulsi leaf on Sri Narayana's foot,entered shaunaka's nostrils.SNAP ! His samadhi broke.He became totaly suprised and alert.Then he saw the cause of his samadhi breaking like sme dream.He immediately offered obeisances and prayers to the Supreme lord. He said,"The mere fragrance of your feet hav broken my nirvikalpa samadhi.And i rightly declare that brahmananda is like hoofprint of water in front of this ocean of happiness i'm getting by smelling that tulasi leaf !". This is the condition of Shaunaka paramhamsa.

This Garbhadakshayi Vishnu is the source of all the eternal avataras(vamana,Nrsimha,kurma,matsya,kalki ,etc.) Every avatara is eternal and has an abode called Vaikuntha.But there are 2 incarnations,sri Ramachandra and Sri Krsna,who descend directly frm Ayodhya and Goloka respectively.Krsna,when He descends,gets with Him Every SINGLE expansion...be it Baladeva,Pradyumna,anirudha,MAHA VISHNU,and all the avataras,He being the source of them all. But stil,Narayana is equal to Sri krsna.There is NO DIFFERENCE. It is like a man at hme enjoying(Sri krsna ) and the same man managing a multi national cmpany(Sri Vishnu.)

Dnt sweat,i am no disciple of his.He technically has no disciples,although he freely endows Svarupa shakti to those whose minds are ready for it. So without any preconcieved notions,watch or read bout him.You wil knw. srikantdk, Please be sure of ur beliefs, Its either PURE advaita as Shankaracharya taught OR it is PURE speculative tosh. Choose. If its the latter,let me tell you that speculation is consequential to the point of satisfying the self's ego.The pettyness of it all has no universal application or appeal whatsoever. But if you are sticking to Sri shankaracharya's philosophy alone,then you have to discard all speculation.

But i obviously hav full faith in Prabhupada. I think his disciples hav over hyped just mechanical chanting. where has Smarana dissappeared ? srila Rupa Gosvami,in B.R.S. Has clearly enlisted Smaranam as THE MOST IMPORTANT element of navdha bhakti.Smaranam is a must. Anand kand Gauranga has declared,''smaran manera praan'' And ''bahu janm kare shravan kirtan,tabhu naahi mile krsna prem dhon.'' Why do v cmpare ourselves to Haridasa thakura ? lord Caitanya has stated that the devotee needs to CONSTANTLY THINK HIMSELF MEANER THAN A BLADE OF GRASS,only then constant chanting is posible.Such 'feeling' cmes only when the mind is Pure.The mind only gets pure by Smaranam.Attachment to the lord is describd as Krsna consciousnes by prabhupada. Valmiki chanted 'mara mara'.Fine.But which paapatma has the will to carry out the guru's orders ? He obeyed his guru CENT PERCENT.total surender.Thats why he got Prema. Where is Krsna PREMA in the ritviks ? They hav not folowd Prabhupada's orders.It was quite simple.If had cmpletely surendered,their heart wud hav been cleansed.Hell,even listening to the voice of a rasik with full surrender cleanses ur heart in one stroke.They had to folow Prabhupadas orders:chant,hear,remember,etc. And propagate.Thats it.If they had,Prabhupada wud hav immediately bestowd krsna prema.The rasik can shout and scold and rebuke while giving prema.His choice.But the clean mind needs to be there ! Or the devotee wil die frm the infinte happiness.

It is very true indeed,just as Vrndavan is nondifferent from the SUpreme Lord so also the lord's parikar is non diffrent from Him.I have heard That Srila Prabhupada is Ananga Manjari herself. But Srila Vishvanatha Chakravarti himself has clearly stated that in Bhakti Rasamrt Sindhu,Srila Rupa Gosvami has written three most important things to-do for an aspirant on the Raganuga bhakti path. The first and the most important is 1)Smaranam. 2) living in Vridavana atleast in spirit if not physically and then 3) kirtanam,shravanam aadi. Godhead Himself,Gauranga has accepted Bhakti Rasamrta sindhu as the best of all devotional scriptures regarding raganuga bhakti. He has further said,"Bahu janm kare shravan kirtan,tabhu naahi mile krsna pade prem dhon." Of course vaidehi bhakti enumerates kirtan and shravan as more important,but rasiks have unanimously agreed that smaranam alongwith kirtan and shravan is most important,atleast until the purification of the heart....Then,i believe,we can shout Krsna Krsna ! how much ever we want. Listen,you obviously don't have to accept what i say.Please follow Prabhupada's instructions. I liked discussing with you guys. Haribol.

But there is this one thing....Like ajamila...He had a DREAM,a REVELATION,that he was being snatched by Yamadutas...But it was an awakening....For he went to a holy place after that and did bhakti for a year.... I dont doubt the spiritual omnipotence of the Holy names but is chanting the names enough? I mean it's done by one of the senses...Not by the mind....Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu has said,"Manera smaran praan." Is the superexcellent potency of the Holy names realised by the material senses? I mean how can we cry while chanting? Is smaran not a requisite? Do we not need actually to engage the mind? Like."Sri Krsna is right here,in my mind.He's noting down everything i think,do,etc.I'm His eternal servant..." How can we be krsna conscious with simply chanting [no offense of course for it is a query]? Don't we need to be actually CONSCIOUS Of Him?

Dear Sarva gattah, my humble obeisances to you. I have one query which may sound offensive...but it is an earnest and genuine one and i really need it solved.Please do not think that i am challenging you or Srila Prabhupada in any way. You have been in this movement for so long..I wanted to know(if i'm allowed) that have you advanced in the stages of bhakti ? like nishtha,ruchi...etc ? Do yo know any fellow disciple who has attained bhava bhakti ? It is supposed to be an earnest and humble question.What i mean by all this is...is only mechanical chanting of the Holy names enough to purify the mind ? or do we need to put the mind in remembrance of the lord ? This one difficulty plagues me the most.And i have,like a fool,doubted the devotees of Srila Prabhupada...for they uphold chanting.....Maybe i never came across Prabhupada's instruction that Smaranam should go hand in hand with Kirtanam ....That's my ignorance..sure...But being a distant outsider,i never came across intimate discussions of devotees regarding their levels of bhakti...Kindly dispel this difficulty so that i may not create such hi-level offenses hereafter.

Dvaita is no myth.The Supreme lord Himself has said ,"Some fools deride Me whenever I appear in front of them in a human form.They do not know of My transcendental nature." This transcendental nature of the Supreme lord is clearly explained in the vedas.So also,the adi-lila of Caitanya charitamrita states,"Sri Govinda's Names,Form,Pastimes[leela],Associates,Abode and all His paraphernalia is He Himself.There is no difference AT ALL." That is His transcendental nature.That is His absoluteness. Even the devotee is indifferent from the lord[note: The devotee doesn't become the lord,the creator maintainer and destroyer,just as Sri Vrinadavana is indifferent from the lord,so is His devotee.This is inconcievble simultaneos oneness and difference.] Here lies the answer to your difficulty.The Lord's form is He Himself.We jeevatmas are not the body.We are the Atman.But the lord's body is He alone.There is no difference at all.This is accepted by Sri Shankaracharya and every single jagadguru.

radhey radhey, when you quote such a verse, it is appropriate when i cal it out of context....Arjuna was talking about bhagwan Shankar ALONE.There is no independence of Mahadeva without Godhead Himself,Krsna. Why is it so tough to digest that Godhead can take of a couple of material qualities and transform Himself into Rudra ?? Or that Godhead's glance is the selfsame as the state of Shambhu ?? There have been so many incarnations of Hari hara... So,i think debating on who is Supreme is pointless becoz Advait jnana tattva is svagat bheda shunya.Sri krsna has ABSOLUTELY NO CONFLICTS WITH HIS INCARNATIONS,EXPANSIONS AND TRANSFORMATIONS.It is all harmonised by His acintya shakti.

these gopis are infinite classes above any demigod. Lord shiva was yearning to becme a gopi...to experience madhurya rasa with Shyamasundara...lalitha dressed him up...gave her blessings and thus bhagvan shankar got to experience the topmost rasa of the Supreme..he is thus cald as gopesvara.
