  1. here the artice shows the problem the hindus and hinduism faces, the problem of xian invasion in the vedic land. i wish dvaitia, advaitia, sivaites, shakas, vaishnavas, all should do something about solving the problem. do it unitedly, or do it separately, but do it, please. debating aboud dvaita-advaita, etc at this time, or just chanting or doing meditation in a closed room does not help solve this problem. who would care of we do not?
  2. thanks govindaram ji. unless one has cultivated the habit of telling the truth and in pleasing manner, it is very difficult to do, perticularly when you have less time to make your point. that is how it was for prabhupada. if anyone attacked bhakti or krishna or gita, etc. he had no time to respond in polite manner. this great man has never lost a debate with any one. jai sri prabhupada!

  4. what more does hindu scriptures say about mohammed, islam, and what the muslims did to the hindus for 1000 years? why you muslim now feel an urge to justify mohammed using kafir scriptures? what you like, if anything, about hindu scripturess, e.g gita?

  6. dwaita- advaita is not a fight. it is a debate and is eternal for most who have not reached at the top. time is not right to debate it.

  13. what is truth? it is something, knowing which, and living by it one gets real happiness. doing so - living by the truth - one can never harm the suras, nor ofend devatas or god. where is truth? it is every where, in different effects. history shuld tell the truth, if the historians are the truth tellers. archeology should tell the truth, if the archeologies are unbiased and the tellers of truth. phylologists -linguists - should also be the tellers of truth, and their method proven perfect. scientists also should be truth tellers. teachers and profesors also shpld be truth telelrs. so also politicians and dharma gurus. book writers and movie makers should tell the truth. journalists also should tell the truth. you see, we have to hear or read or directly experience the truth. even if it happens, some may not be able to recognise the truth. this is due to maya. people like sukadev goswami, narad, etc. are selfless. theri interest is that all enjoy the bliss and never be unhappy. so they tell the truth, and many cnnot accept it. this is maya. most worldy people want to know the truth, but do not want to tell the truth, perticularly the people with demoniac mentlity. the barbaric demonic invaded india from the desert. they saw a totally diferent culture, and they did not like it. their book never telels them to be tolerant to people like us. so, they destroyed places and people and things where we find the truth. scriptures, vedic libraries, they burnt/destroyed. temples - religious institutions where we can find truth, htey destroyed, and built mosques on top of them. brahmanas, who tell the truth, they slaughtered in millions. khsatriyas - the protectors, they killed them. (and gandhi made khsatriyas into cowards. the ony bravery they have now is to do corruption.) our archeologycal evidences that tell the truth of our past is being stolen and estroyed or distorted. we are shown anti vedic moves so that we may never nknow the truth. real history of india is not taught in india schols an colleges. truth is kept out and away from the hindus. america wants to see iran westernized, free form teh hold of islam. interviewing iranians, the western reportes ask, "do young people do sex before marrrige? is alcohol sold freely?" in iraq, the news says, the minority xians are in fear. they sell alcohol, and islam does nto allow it. well that is one good thing about islam, as far as i know. truth, that drug/alcohol is not good is hidden. why, because there is fear that if otehrs get more sober that us, then they will advance more than us (materially). spiritual advancement, they do not care. truth is silent. it has to be realized -felt- experienced, by a living being, us. to know the truth, we need to acquire soke skills and some qualifications, else we will not know the truth even whenit is in front of us. differnt yoga pricesses are ways to realize the truth. that is why the scripturees say: dharmaH raksitah rakshati. so, whenyou knwo the truth, live by it, and get a direct experience that it reallly is the truth. then tell it to others, by various ways. now, some things need to be kept secret from the asuras. this is the teaching of chanakya pandit. this is khsatrya art./ rajkaran. scriptuers say: satyam vada priyam vada. it is very niec if we can tell the truth and also in a pleasing manner. but some time it is not possible. then we must tell the truth. unfortunately some just tell the pleasing lies. as one advnces spiritully, one become expert in telling the truth ferlessly, and mostly can tell the truth. parbhupada told the truth, but he would not care if the manner was pleasing. e.g. he would say, "just ask some one if krishna is god. if he says no, then he is a rascal." he told the truth bery bravely, fearlessly. hardly any guru i have herd was that bold. becaue of his works, now millions all over the world do krishna bhakti. asato maa sat gamaya just kowing the truth is not enough. we have to live by it.
  14. yes, it seems like i am ridiculing gurus. but i cannot, being a hindu first (vaishanv second.) all i wish is that all the gurus unite against the two invaded indeologies in bharat. if what i talk - our interest of dharma and rashtra- do not come to the attention of our gurus, and if all of them remain un-united, never taling to each other, then the asuras have an easy job of dividing us further and acheiving their of goal of totally wiping our hinduism from the face of earth. agree?
  15. it is said that "love" is blind. the urge to unite physically and make some one own another is greater than one's knowledge of the principles and practices of islam and hindusim, the systems under which they both would live. keeping the true history of india (islam in india) out of the education system causes more problems. some foolish hindus even quote the vedas to justify islam is good when it is not. the partition of india is a monumental evidence that islam is not compatible with hinduism. This fat can easily be verifed by teh study of koran and gita, ansd the actual history. still gandhi failed to understand it and allowed the muslims to live in india even after the partition. recently bollywood made a award program in bahrein where the actors of india nd paksitan hugged each other. one shirtless muslims actor - making money from the hindu majority - donated a very large sum to a xian org in india. islam has not changed its focus of invasion and occupation. hindus are not acting smart, not realizing the danger. "hindu muslim marriage" to me sounds like "goat tiger marriage" or "swan crow marriage". (no offense intended). what is there to discuss about it? the need is to think and talk about our vital dharma and rashtra interests. barney, your post is good.
  16. the sceitific method - approach depends upon evidence that can be repeard consistenly and that can be verified only by the five senses we have. its subject is material, not spirit. siddhi is a matter of spirit. if a siddha can heal someone instantly, he cannot provide the process how he does it. it is just alomst impossible. a scientist can only witness if it happens, but cannnto explain it. manys cientists in india do have witnessed miracles. it is easy to become a scientist. it is not so easy to become a siddha.
  17. my view is that any drug use cannot help progress spiritually. so, any use is against dharmic principles. now, hinduism dees allow any drug as a medicine allow. medicine is for gettign well, mostly physically, and sometimes mentally. body is a tool to progress spiritually. once the body gets well, any drug use must stop. now, suppose there is some crazy guy who would do some violence to society or persons if kept free from a drug. this is his desease. if such a person takes drug and says put. then in my view it is fine. that way - he feels happy, and society is free from trouble. if however drug use caused problem to society and the user both, then it is not worth using. then it blockes spiritual progress keeling the user in illusion of happiness.

  20. krishna in gita has not said advaita is wrong or false. He has said that it is difficult for most people. He recomemnds bhakti, pertifularly for kali yuga. haren naama haren naama haren naama kevalam kalau naste eva naste evna naste evan naste gatir anyathaa bhakti is a method of using the tricks of maya against maya. bhakti is not only the means, it is the end also. it is safe as well. but one is free to disagree. this debate among the vedic people about dwaita - advaita is with us since the time of creation. we alwasy have debated it strongly, but in a very civil way and non violent way and publicly. in this time of terrorism and when two anti-vedic ideologies have invaded in the land of the vedic people - bharat, it is not wise to debate it presently. the following are the ways ways to avoid the debate: - all the five great vaishnav aacharyas have debated it with the greatest advaitis of their times. none of us are so great as they (both sides) were. so, let us accept their conclusion if we can, or at least do not re-invent the wheel. why re-debate foolishly what is already concluded? - all vaishnavas respect aadi shankaracharya for keeping buddhism out of bharat and re-establishing hinduism - sahatana dharma back. if he had not come, india would have been a full buddhist country. now, he has said : bhaja govindam, bhaja govindam, bhaja govindam moodha mate. well, we vaishnavas ae very moodha. so, let us do bhakti. - the difference in dvaita and advaita is in the final destination: advaita says when one becomes self realised, the one merges with god. dvaitis say one alwasy remains separate of god and serves god when one becomes self realised. now, self realization is not very easy to achieve like vegetables in the market. only one in a million may become be self realized fully. so, we almost all are at the grass level in our spiritual development/progress. being so, at the low level, why should we debate what is at the top most level? let us agree that when we reach the top level - the final destination, we will know who is where and our argumet will end by direct experience. till then let us both try to continue our sadhana sincerely and progress spiritually without condemning each other. the real danger to both of us is the two organized ideologies that have invaded india. let us keep them out. let us do something together for it or do by our separate programs, but do it. another way to end the debate is this: let us see who (dvaiti or advaiti) can slove the following problems in india: - corruption - poverty - crook politicians - malpractice of varnasrama - clean water and electricity in villages - help hindus to understand hinduism correctly thru gita. - materialistic communism out of india. - the two invaded aggresive anti-vedic ideologies - educatiuon system (true history of india not tought) - anti-vedic movies instead of debating on dvaita-advaita, we must spend time in solving the above problems. after solved, we can debate in vedic way as we always have done. till then it is not wise to debate. would you readers agree? if so, tell your leaders and gurus please.
  21. krishna in gita gives the answer you need. shamo damastapaH shaucham kshantir aarjavam eva cha gyaanm vighnaanam aastikyam brahma karma svabhaavajam -Gita 18.42 The natural qualities of a brahmana are: peacefulness, self-control, austeirty, purity, tolerance, honesty, knowledge, wisdom and righteousness.
  22. what is good in constantly ignoring or telling others to ignore the following facts: - every one, including you, are living under a government run by politicians. - you cannot get good politicians unless you do something directly to help get right people in political positions. - it is not right to blame all politicians when you did not do anything to stop them from coming to power over you. - there is kshatriya varna of the society krishna has made. to convert all (even kshatriyas) to barhmanas does not do any good to the society. - every verna has equal access and right to go to krishna. if you are a brahmana, then there is no need to hate the other three varnas. they each have their dharma. - it is very easy for the asuras to win over and conrol suras like you. they can take away what ever you have, including your life and wife. - neglecting or ignoring the real danger and doing chanting or meditation or sankirtana cannot help any one. uttishTha jAgrata prApya varAnnibodhata you are free to neglect politics, but to me it does not seem wise thing to do. do as you please. i can only pary for you.
  23. << Can't everyone live together? >> "everyone" living together is not a good idea. we the vedic people have lived together and will live. no problem. we tried to live together peacefully with the barbaric invaders, and found that it was not a good idea. so we do not want the invaded ideologies any more in bharat, the vedic land. who would want to live with cobras? swans do not live with crows.
