Acidifing foods to avoid [foods that cause high blood acidity/Overwork and loss of stored surplus of minerals used by blood purifying organs such as the kidneys and liver] {It is ideal to keep a diet of 70 % alkaline + 30% acidic}: Meats, fish, seafoods, eggs, cheeses (other than daily fresh), lard, peanut oil, vegetables oils, oleo, margarine, whole grains & refined grains, wheat, millet, bread, pasta, cereal flakes, peanuts, soybeans, chickpeas, syrups, pastery, chocolate, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumkin seeds, carbonated water & sodas, coffee, tea, cocoa, wine, and condiments such as mayonnaise, muster & ketchup, candy, jelly, fruit perserves, and white sugar.

"Man-ja-ri" may be a nomenclature for the position of such a servant [it may be a title of a type of actor/worker/servant] . . . what is the etomology of the word itself?   11. 4 liters of water per day ~{the ph of the water must be 7.365} Blend into the water [in any combination of] and drink or take as soup: Green leafy vegetables, ie: kale, spinish, collard-greens, sprouts, etc, and/or, cabbage, cucumber, cellery. Do not eat wheat, nor white sugars nor canned/preserved/aged/processed food stuffs. Only eat fresh panir. In stead of white sugar, use stevia or mango pulp etc, to sweeten the water. The replenishing of you mum's body with green-leafy derived: chlorophyll and the dense natural minerals, of say, alfalpha sprouts, spirolina juice, wheat grass juice, barley grass juice et al --drunk with plentiful pH-neutral water, is the only way to re-constitute the kidneys [the same is said of the pancreas, liver lymphs etc.] Remember; YOUR MOTHER'S INTERNAL BODY CHEMISTRY is acidic [the pH is below 7.365 --on a scale of 0 to 14]. There are three ways the body regulates pH [aka, rids waste]: respiration, sweat, evacuation. If impurities are held in check within the body [because flushing them outward would damage the route-way] THEN, the impurities will be 'wrapped/enveloped' in fat and then, store as far as possible from vital organs. This threshold level may have been breached with your mum. High acid pH level/measurement/Readings of internal bodily chemistry results in micro-crystaline structures in the blood sysytem that scour the walls of arteries/veins --which are patched with fat deposits . . . ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: No high-glycemic foodstuffs.
