correct, but that does not mean we hindus should dump all the responsibility to defeat them totally on deva, devi or god. there are ways to defeat them in bharat, and we need to act unitedly.

No. a Vedic person from India usually knows this. Tamiz is an urdu word, and i dont know what it means. but "bud tamiz" is means some kind of a bad guy. still it is a urdu word.

vaishnavas are supposed to be hubmler than grass. those who came from xian faith and learned krishna bhakti (the HKs) have difficulty understanding this: - one is free to worship a deva or devi or god the supreme. Krishna does not mind it. he says the fruits they get is actually coming from Him. Krishna even strenghthens their faith thus. he says "don't disturb another in his practice of sadhana." - bhakti has to be avyabhichAriNi. this is true even if you worship deva or devi or god. therefore a devi worshipper has to think and worship devi as if she is the supreme god. when the bhaka realizes devi, then from her he will learn who is actually supreme. the above situation causes arguments within hindus. the solution is this: when we hindus talk to the non hindus we ought to say that Gita is our Book. that's all; and we need to understand what gita says - there krishna says he is above devas and devis. and we should not have any heart burn about it because Krishna the god said so. when we worship our ishta deva or devi and not Krishna, then we can think of him or her as supreme, but we should always respect all other hindus who worship other deva/devi or god; and we should not try to prove other's deva/devi is not supreme. the above scheme will keep us the vedic people united. we should not fall victims of any attempts by others to cause a strife within us. we need unity to counter the anti-vedics. hope it helps.

good post. thanks. hinduism/Krishna/gita does not tell us to tolerate adhrma and adharmis. << Yet that is what is happening >> yes, but not all hidnus do it. and it needs to stop. we have to work to stop it. this is our internal work; but we should not stop our external work. why? let me give an example. any family always has some quarrel within, small or big. now if an external enemy invades or causes destruction, then the family needs to fight back. there is no law or moral ground that says: "hey, you family fight within and some of you do not follow your own dharma; and therefore you have no right to fight the external enemy." ANY GROUP, SMALL OR BIG, HAS THE RIGHT TO FIGHT, ANY TIME, BUT SOON AS POSSIBLE, AN EXTERNAL THREAT OF ANY KIND. So, the argument - "Follow dharma correctly before fighting the external invaded emeny or internal enemy" - is baseless. Once we know the problem, we need to act to fix it, in any possible way we can.

hinduism is very tolerant, and hindus tolerated a lot more than they should, and have suffered and still are suffering. our position is: if you do not like hinduism, fine. we have no desire to convert you. but please do not try to convert hindus. xianity and hinduism are not same. please tell your churches to pull out the missionaries from India. why? because we have no desire, plan or action to convert xians; so why convert us?

and how a "better human being" should react with the invader islam that has caused a lot of destruction to the vedic land and the vedic people? were they not better human beings than the aggresive brutal invaders? what should beter hunman being do when a school of terrorism (madressa) open in his neighborhood or country? have you achieved any success in preachinbg the muslims? are they better human beings than the vedic people?

most people who argue are ignorant of god, but all are not. Suppose there is god at the top of a mountain. all the people of different religions are at the bottom in the valley. Each says "i know the way to god. only my path is different and true." the fact is he has not gone to god (not realized god), and what he thinks is god is not really god. this however does not mean no one knows the way to god, and how god is, or no one has seen god. Some accept the authority of the vedas, and find god in vedic ways. This most ancient culture has produced largest number or saints, swamis, sanyasis, sadhus, who actually have seen god in person, and are in direct contact with god. Some even can show god to othrer (if qualified). if the world first finds them as genuine mystics or sadhus and just listens to them only, then there is agreement. else ther will not be agreement. we hindus are humble. even if, suppose, we know god face to face, and if some one says us "you do not know what god is and how to go to god," then we most likely will say, "thank you. please continue searching god in your own way (but do not dare to bother us, we must say now). we will contine practicing our dharma and we know we make no trouble for you. so dont bothere us." So, if we hindus find the mystics who have realized god, then I suggest we request them to convince all what is the true religion and true scripture to follow. vada (open debate) is another way to prove rationally which religon is best. to do it, the highest authority of each religion needs to debate openly with each other in a systematic manner. we Hindus are ready for this. will pope agree? will the mullas agree? not likely. the first task if all agree to debate and decide (which BTW can be done in universities) will be the mutually agreed criteria defining 'what are the universal characteristics of a religion that surely lead to world peace and individual peace and happiness?' When this criteria is at hand, then one can easily sort out whci religon meets this criteria and os is the best. Could you fromulate this crtieria that the leaders of all religons could agree? If not, this world will have wars. So, we listen to krishna.

it is devotion. however, our temples need to use teh money for: - spreading dharma - training priests, pujaris, and gurus who can settle in vilalges and keep the hindus unite and devoted. - make sure every one gets darshan and prasadam at the temple easily. - publish religious magazine guiding the society spiritually. - maintain temple property well,and renovate as necessary. - install security cameras to thwart terrorists. - educate poor and care them, find employment for them. - etc.
