  1. If your mind has accepted it, then it's enough. There is no so called process for conversion. That's why Hinduism is beautiful.
  2. ...and of course those who are seers of God does not need quotations to support their logic. I've learnt it From Vaishnavas only. "For the seers of God, scriptural injunctions are like searching water in a well full of water or lighting a torch in a broad day light." This is my speciality, I never learn like you, parrot. I learn from the school of experience. Gyan converted into Vigyan. Never ask me Pramanas, I'm too lazy for that.
  3. No my friend, those people in jail never followed their nature infact they deviated from it. The nature of any entity is the same for all other entities. Discrimination arises depending on the degree of Self realisation. Nothing in my speech is sentimental, it is always logical and compassionate. By the way, can you see a tiger eating vegetables? No my friend, animals never deviate from their nature, in that respect they are better than Men. I'm sorry to say my friend, your argument was not fitting in. Remember: The real nature of Narada is to serve Hari The real nature of Mine is to serve Hari The real nature of yours is to serve Hari The real nature of people in jail is to serve Hari The real nature of the tiger is to serve Hari The real nature of the frog is to serve Hari ... directly or indirectly.
  4. True. But somehow or the other I got the Luck to watch 1 south indian movie Sri Ramdasu... It deals about a Ram Bhakta. Plz try to watch the movie. And yes, it's true that majority of people nowadays are choosing the darkside, but still there are some who still have higher taste.
  5. Perfectly true. Take for example the Gita... It is the only sacred text where anyone can find Himself in the role of Arjuna. Be it, a vegetable seller, a manager, a teacher, a sad person, happy person, greedy fellow, gentleman etc. The Divine song accomodates its tune according to the listener's ears. We can see that the text of the Gita has the unique attribute of changing its meaning according to the context. However, there is one central meaning that is the secret of all understandings and it remains unchange and is eternal. And that secret is what guliaditya has just revealed. Thumbs Up to you my friend. Cheers.
  6. Our dear lord is above any kind of glorification and vilification. So don't worry, they only are writing their own Vikarma. Even then, I'll ask god to Forgive them.
  7. Anything done without having the mind in focus of Hari is always a dirty job. Proof: The Sultan cut off the Hands of the Workers in the Beloved memory of his wife.
  8. Yes, it would be nice. But in a forum, I'm wondering how it would be. If I'm not wrong, it's Kalai Vanakam.
  9. There is nothing surprising about it since if you will not find it in this material world then where will you find it? But of course, it really hurts for those who know Ram in Truth.
  10. Yes, unluckily I've seen that also among many Vaishnavas. A proper Vaishnav sees all different Forms of the Lord equally auspicious. However, a devotee has an attachment towards a Particular Deity.
  11. Thanks Dark Warrior for these information. I have read about these Great Soul some time, but it was not that profound. I think, I've got some homework to do. Thanks again for converting my idle time into something sensical. Thanks also to you the enlightened Kangaroo:)
  12. And sure, I offer my humble respect to the Alvars and of course, no further debate.
  13. You are right, maybe they've conceived Sri Ram, 100000000...0000... times for than me, but still it is never complete.
  14. No my friend, no one can understand the Lord Perfectly... Not even the Mahajanas.
  15. True but for those who have not still searched for the soul, then any entity who follow their nature does not incur sin. The very nature of Tigers is to eat meat, in turn they do not have to pay the price for that. Likewise, the natural tendency of a man is attraction towards a woman. Now, a higher realization than that is what Theist said. But as i always say, very few can realize that. For the seers of God, all that does not matter, they are transcendental to vice and virtue. They know their real nature, that of a servant of the Eternal Flute Player, and no one else.
  16. Knowing completely the infinite is impossible even for the best of liberated soul. But for whoever has taken birth for whom devotional service will be attributed, the neccessary and required amount of knowledge concerning the supreme will be made available.
  17. George Harisson!!! My sweet lord and Here comes the sun are among my favourite songs. He also composed the song for Govindam Adipurusham, a masterpiece.
  18. This thread seems to be asymptotic by nature. It seems that there is an end but this very end does not exist.
  19. :)You do possess a very humorous but striking way of answering questions. Well I guess, you should be knowing the answer perfectly, but sometimes not giving the answer is considered to be wise.
  20. Hinduism contains all the various existing doctrines. It should be noted that all doctrines are inter-linked with one another making it a step by step approach of different consciousness till we reach the highest perfection, Sri Ram. The accusations are made due to ignorance, since Hinduism hold everything, people from a particular faith tend to criticize the things that they do not see in their religion and see them in Hinduism. And obviously, critics can never say that Hinduism does not possess something in particular.
  21. You are very funny. Thanks for putting a smile on my face:)
  22. Hmmm... It's only Krishna who said "There is nothing in this 3 world that I'm forced to do, But still I act." He said so because, if He'll stop working there will degeneration in our society, harmony will be disrupted and I'll not add more, it's more prominent nowadays, see for yourself. See how our Lord is compassionate, and the thing is that he also wants us to be so. The servant and slavery matter does not count that much if we go in deep details. Remember to protect Dharma Krishna accepted to become the servant of a Devotee in the Battle of Kurukshetra. What matters to him is Lokasamgraha, service to others and of course it's only attainable by Serving our sweet lord.
  23. Srila Prabhupad was quite clear with the verse in the Gita... "Sa Mahatma Sudurlabaha"... He knew that the birth of a great soul is always very very rare. What he did is "To take out the best of a bad bargain". Srila Prabhupad is a Mahatma and as a Mahatma he did whatever he could according to the circumstances. Krishna consciousness is not so easy my friend.
  24. True... the perception of vice and virtue occurs when we still have not accepted Krishna as our master. It's quite easy to understand, if our master who is perfect, orders us to do something, from where the perception of vice and virtue arises? It's only when we are master and slave of our own self that we are bound to commit sin or do some good action... and remember we are also bound to transcend Sat Guna to be perfect.
