these r actual evil spirits. they can posses a place or human body. they give a lot of diseases like extreme physical pain or heart ,body and mind problems if they posses u. they posses only those who hav low planetary position in horoscope charts because of weak aura of them. when they posess u, then u can c people talking rudely, insensitively when the actual people r not doing so.its a kind of illusion which shakini makes u c. If u want it to leave ur body, ask ur family to do hawan n puja on regular basis of a powerful deity.they can make u wander from place to place if they have more control over your mind then u. Doctors if asked why is this happening will say that the person is in depression or is mad.they make u remember bad things which happened with u or can possibly happen with u. If they can talk in your mind then apply gomutra on backside of your ears.drink gomutra ark.drink water plus kaali rai and pili sarso in quantity of at least 3-5.apply gomutra on foot and talwa.

    apsara sadhana

hello brothers & sisters.. I took guru diksha on 6th aug 1998.Since then i have been interested in accomplishing apsara sadhanas in particular and all the soundarya sadhanas in general. And i have accomplished two apsara sadhanas, their names i wouldn't like to disclose. The most interesting thing is that whenever i think of doing apsara sadhana, i completely loose to the thoughts of that particular apsara, thinking that she is always with me and wacthing me. So whatever i do i remember her. Due to so much indulgence in her thoughts it is impossiple for that divine beauty to ignore my silent calls and my silent love. so....even before i start with the ritual,i usually get alot of presadhana experiences like, whenever i am alone and remembering her a strange and unmentioned perfume would fill the place and sometimes she would come in dreams, but the most remarkable thing is that she walks past me though invisible,'cos i can hear the tinkles of her anklets. i have a six year experience in apsara sadhanas, and i can shatter all myths that i somtimes come across when going through this group regarding sadhanas of apsaras, yakshinis and kinnaris. it is my suggestion that every man and woman should accomplish apsara sadhanas and yakshini sadhanas before starting with any other sadhana. you all should remember that this special sadhana is very important, even important than brahm sadhana. after all how can a person appreciate the beauty of god at a initial stage without witnessing and apreciating the beauty in its ultimate form that is found only in an apsara. so brother without a second thought accopmlish this sadhana at all cost.interested folks can mail me personally also i would like to know their experiences , who are accomplished in these sadhanas. jai sadgurudev

    The greatest character in Mahabharat

Draupadi, in my opinion, is the greatest charachter in Mahabharatam. She is a strong, intelligent, courageous, strong willed women and is one of the few women in indian mythology who were not afraid to speak their mind in a man's world. She was loyal to her husbands despite being betrayed and mistreated by them over and over again (arjuna married twice more, yudhistra gambelled her away like chattle, etc., not to mention their silence during the disrobeing incident). She was a devoted friend, or sakha, to krishna, who is also an amazing character. Many people (particularly Karna's fans) have brought up how rude she was in rejecting Karna and not letting him compete, but honestly, allmost every other character has done/said things that are much worse (including karna).

Are you afraid of conspiracies of your enemies? Are you getting afraid from incurable diseases? Do you or some of your close persons get frightened of untimely death? If your answer is yes then this is the right place for you. Mahamrityunjaya mantra’s practice is the right choice for you. This mantra is related to very aggressive form of Lord Shiva. That’s why its practice should be done very carefully or in supervision of some expert person (Guru or master). It improves your health; protect you from unfortunate happenings, victory on death. Mahamrityunjaya mantra is related to the mrityunjaya form of Lord Shiva. This form is different from his peaceful and calm form. That’s why you need to be very cautious while reciting this mantra. Vasatu Tips For Money :

Vasatu Tips For Money Fish aquariums are very positive for wealth. Choose some active and healthy fish and try to make sure that they are strong swimmers. Keep the water dirt free and aerated. The constant movement of fish will keep the energy of wealth on the move. If the entrance to your apartment lies at the end of a long corridor, the energy flowing towards it will be too fierce, increasing risk to your financial investments. Its effect can be diluted by keeping a plant halfway down the corridor. Make your front door distinctive to attract wealth within. Color it different from the neighboring walls. Keep the windows clean and sparkling, as dirty glass restricts the flow of money. Place decorative boulders or curved pathways or pebbles around your building. This will increase the movement of financial energy in a business that is suffering from setbacks. If your expenses are spiraling beyond control, keep live plants or grains in the toilet. It will prevent the money from going down the drain, because, symbolically, growing things reabsorb water energy and recycle it. Keep a mirror to reflect your cash box or locker. It, symbolically, doubles your wealth and opportunities. Keep a birdbath or feeder in the yard to attract wild life, as it augments the amount of energy around your home. Birdbaths and bird feeders can be of great help in cleaning up your finances and drawing prosperity from all directions. Regards: vastugyani

    Anger while chanting maha-mantra

Well it is the most powerful healing mantra and likely to be bringing somethings up to consciousness for cleansing and purification. Just try not to associate the bad feeling of anger with the Mahamantra. Mahamantra is only the medicine making indigestible pains in the mind and heart come to the surface. You won't be able to progress or heal unless some things come to surface where they can be dealt with and digested as learning experience. Everyone has to come to peace within themselves and with the God first if they would experience bliss. What is bound must find release. What is grieved must find it's joy. Anger is often a reaction to something wounded, either pride or the very heart and soul of a being. In any event, our true nature is joyous praise and not these limited reactions and temporary experiences or identity. Don't stop chanting, but keep chanting. Chanting isn't the cause. Chanting is the cure. Haribol.

    Kalpa Vriksha/Kalpataru

Kalpataru, the divine tree of life being guarded by mythical creatures Kinnara and Kinnari, flying Apsara and Devata. 8th century Pawon temple, Java, Indonesia. Kalpavriksha is a mythological, wish-fulfilling divine tree that is a common trope in Sanskrit literature from the earliest sources onwards – see Rig Veda (1.75; 17.26). Along with the kamadhenu, or 'wish-giving cow', the kalpavriksha originated during the Samudra manthan or " churning of the milk ocean " , and the King of the gods, Indra returned with it to his paradise. While there is no attested Sanskrit source conclusively identifying this mythological tree with any real, known tree kalpavriksha can figuratively refer to a source of bounty. Different trees are referred to as the Kalpa Vriksha. * According to the Padma_Purana, this tree is the 'Parijat' - Night-flowering_Jasmine. * At Joshimath in Uttaranchal, which commemorates the residence of Adiguru Shankaracharya, there is a large, ancient bodhi tree known locally as the kalpavriksha. This tree is the Pipal / Peepal tree - Sacred_Fig. * Some persons refer to the Banyan tree as the Kalpavriksha. * Some parts of India, especially coastal areas call the Coconut tree as Kalpavriksha or kalpataru because of its ability to amply provide for human needs. Kalpavriksha : It is a very rare species. Probably only five kalpavrikshas can be found in India out of which four are in Ranchi in the Doranda area. Its botanical name is Adansonia Digitata. It is of the baobab family and so it is also commonly called the Baobab tree. There are few Kalpa vikshas are at Ranchi... http://www.ranchi.com/ look for kalpataru in links also http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2645935480101638362zwEWMM Anyone to contribute more on the subject??? If it is Baobab then in Pune can also boast to have one kalpataru.... the said Baobab tree is in main Abhinav chowk. On the crossing of Bajirao chowk and Tilak road opposit to Cilai showroom.

    Fw: great books of alchemy

Dear all,           Jai  gurudev,     Paarad  tantr brahmand ka sarv shreshtha tantr hai isme koi do mat nahi hai. Aisa main is liye nahi kah raha hoon ki main khud ras shastr ka abhyas karta hoon balki is liye main aisa kah raha hoon kyunki yeh ek matr wo tantr hai jiske dwara srijan , paalan aur sanhaar ki kriya sampan hoti hai. Sadgurudev kahte hain ki 64 tantron me yah sabse mahatvpoorn aur antim tantr hai matlab is tantr tak pahuchne ke liye aapko sari chunoutiyaa paar karni padti hain, apne aapko sabit karma padta hai , aur yadi is baat ko galat mante hain to bataiye ki aaj aise kitne log hain jo pramaanik roop se  18 samskaar karke dikha sakte hain.     Sadgurudev ki virat mahima ka ek pahlu yeh bhi raha hai ki unhone sabse pahle samaaj  ke samne un 108 samskaaro ke vishay me bataya jinke vishay me kabhi logo ne suna bhi nahi tha. Aakhir aisa kyun tha? Iski vajah yeh rahi hai ki paarad 8 samskaar ke baad shakti vaan hokar aapko bhaoutik aur shaaririk uplabdhiyaan deta hai , yeh to theek hai par 18 ke abaad to vo viprit kriya karne lagta hai aur use sambhalna  aur niyantran me rakhna bahut kathin kaary ya ye kahe ki lagbhag asambhav hi ho jata hai . yadi ise niyantrit kar liya jaye to saadhak ko brahmaand ke we rahasy  uplabdh ho jate hain jinke vishay me shayad kalpna bhi nahi ki ja sakti.     Sadgurudev  ne swarn tantram me kaha hai ki yadi mujhe 2-4 shishy bhi mil jaye to main  bharat ko uska arthik gaurav punah dila sakta hoon, saath hi saath un grantho ko bhi phir se samaj ke saamne rakha ja sake jo paarad jagat ke durlabh granth hain.      Ras shastr ka addhyan karne wale  sadhako ke liye yeh granth anivaary hain kyunki yeh saare granth na sirf pramaanik hain balki kaalaatit bhi hain.  In granthon me varnit kriyayen sadhakon ko vismit kar deti hain . alag alag samprdaay ki gupt kriyaon ko samajhna aur kriyatmak roop se karne ka anand hi aur hai. · Krishnamurti Paddhati (K. P. System)

This is an excellent system (Paddhati) of astrological predictions conceived, created by The Great Indian Astrology master, late Prof. K.S. Krishnamurti. Major Differences From Vedic: KP system gives importance to the Constellations / Stars / Nakshatras divisions of the Zodiac which is obviously the most desired for precision. Further it divides each Constellation / Star / Nakshatra division into further 9 subdivisions called 'SUBS'. These sub divisions are not equal divisions, but are as per the Vimshottari Dashas Divisions System. K.P. System uses K.P. Ayanamshas as opposed to Lahiri Ayanamshas mostly used in Vedic System. The difference between two is about 6 minutes (Kala). This system uses Cusps that is house/ bhav beginnings like Western Systems, as opposed to Vedic System which uses House Centres i.e. Bhav Madhyas. This system uses Placidus House system. The planet in it's dasha gives results as per it's Nakshtra-Swami (Star-Lord) rather than the planet itself. Hence Planet is represents the SOURCE, that Planet's Star-Lord represents the EFFECTS, RESULTS and that Planet's Sub gives idea of the FINAL DIRECTION of that result. RULING PLANETS: Unique Concept of KP for Powerful Divine Guidance during predictions. Any Feedback ???

I recommend the Ramayana published by Gita Press. The Ramcharitamanas is offered for free download by them, but I'm not sure if the Valmiki Ramayana is also downloadable. If not you can buy the Valmiki version from them for a very small amount, I think it is 100 rs. or something (for a very thick book).

    Urdhav-pundra (thiruman)

SrI: SrImathE rAmAnujAya namah: This refers to the question on ThirumaN SrichoorNam for women for which there is a reply that women can also wear them on their foreheads. I would like to supplement what was told by Srimad Pondareekapuram Andavan SwamigaL. He said that it is imerative for the Sri VaishNava women too to wear the 12 ThirumaN on their bodies (which I remembered to have seen in my Grandmother's body, as she used to wear 12 thirumaN everyday). This only goes to prove that the better half is in no way inferior (in fact BETTER only due to their getting half of their husband's puNyam automatically). (in lighter vein: I read in Reader's Digest once: Do not complain your wife. Had she been better, she would have got a better husband) There was a query on Signififcance of Naamam (ThirumaN kappu) on forheads: ThirumaN kappu- is called "Urdhva puNdram-Urdhva - vertical; puNdram- mark..It has been widely discussed and can be found in archives. Swamy Desikan explains the saasthra pramANam of the same in crystal clear terms in His Saccharitharaksha, which is divided into three parts with the titles: SudharsanapaanchajanyadhAranavidhi UrdhvapuNdra dhAraNa vidhi BhagavannivEdhithOpAyOga vidhi Swamy Desikan starts the Sacharitharaksha which establishes the absolute and prime need of Pancha samskaram: (meaning of 1st sloka): Let us carry the people on our head who bear the mark of Sudharsana and Paanchajanya; who wear the UrdhvapuNdra (ThirumaN kaappu) on forheads; who consume only the food offered to the Lord and by virtue of the above who are saluted even by NithyasUris. All of us have these doubts as to where the saasthRAs says that one should wear Thiruman kappu. Swamy Desikan has beautifully explained it in this work. Vedic authority of Urdhva puNdram dhAraNam is: GruthOdhvapuNdra: paramESithAram nArAyaNam saankhya yOgAdhi gagyam | jnAthvA vimuchyEtha nara: samasthai: samsaara paaSairiha chaiva vishNu: || MahOpanishad statement above sys: One who wears Urdhva puNdra and meditates on Lord Sriman Narayanan and realizes Him through his mind gets liberated from the bondage of samsaara. In Paancharaathra samhitha it is said: yagnO dhAnam thapou hOma: bhOjanam pithru tharpaNam sarvE bhavanthi viphalaa: Urdhva puNdram vinAkruthA: Yaga, charity, penance, daily sacrifice, taking food, offering of water to manes (argyam?) etc., is all null and void if one does without wearing Urdhva pUndram. Libations means pouring of water in honour of God. Manes means spirit of the dead (deceased Father, Mother. Grand father, Grand mother, Great grand father, Great grand mother et al). pithru tharpaNam means offering water with sesame seeds to those twelve Pithru dEvathAs. Hence, wearing Urdhva pUndram is essential. The shape of Urdhva pUndra should be in the shape of HaripAdakruthi (in the shape of the Lotus Feet of Sriman Narayanan). In Varaaha pUrAna Lord says: yEkAnthina: mahAbhAgA: math swarUpa vidha: amalA: sAntharAlAn prakurvIran puNdrAn *mama padhaa kruthin* As per Brahmaanandha purAna, in the middle of every Urdhva puNdra, which is wide and good looking, Lord Sriman Narayanan stays with His Consort Goddess Mahalakshmi. The symbol of Mahalakshmi is Sri choorNam which may be either in red or yellow colour. Thus, Swamy Desikan in the three chapters, establishes by his beautiful and inimitable style and power of arguments based strictly on scriptures, the three important customs and rituals of Srivaishnavas which are Pancha samskaram, UrdhvapuNdradhAraNam and partaking of the food offered to the Lord Sriman Narayanan in archa form. (The above article is based on write up of Sri U Ve Anantha Naarasihmachariar Swamin of Srirangam) In this connection, a fervent appeal is made to every Srivaishnava to strictly adhere to the above customs and eschew any contact or worship of any deities other than Lord VishNu. More important: DO NOT WIPE OFF when you step out of the house. The sikhs do not remove their turbans; the arabs not their head ring.. But why should we? That is as bad as not wearing it, if not worse. Regards Namo Narayana dAsan

    Swaminarayan Mantra?

Sorry Abhishek but you have derived an incorrect meaning. For SWAMINARAYAN to mean SWAMI+NARAYAN as in two nouns it is wrong for sanskrit grammar. SWAMI acts as an adjective to the noun NARAYAN so that NARAYAN (as in God) the SWAMI (master/lord) of all. It is not two distinct entities, for if it were then the name would be SWAMINARAYANAU Your theory is therefore flawed and incorrect. Kind Regards, Harivansh Pandit

My dear vaisnava, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Maharaja Yudhisthira was a pure devotee of Lord Krsna. Remember the purpose of the Lord's appearance? To destroy all of the sinful folk who were hurting mother earth. In order for this to happen there had to be a war (the battle of kuruksetra). The gambling match was one of the causes that made this war unpreventable thus fulfilling the Lord's will. Maharaja Yudhisthira was indirectly helping the Lord to fulfill His promise to Bhumi. When one is working in the will of the Lord how can there be a question of sin? Hope this helps. Hari Bol! Your servant, Narayani d.d.

    what's in a greeting?

om amritesvaryai namah oh, and Namah Shivaya means "Salutations to Shiva, who resides within all as our True nature"...which amounts to the same thing as Namaste and Namaskaram... what's in a greeting?

om amritesvaryai namah i found this on the web, signed by someone named Dafydd, and thought it was accurate and well written...hope this clears things up a bit: Namaste is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning: "I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in you, which is of light and peace. When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, we are one." A very decent description for a beautiful and graceful acknowledgement. I was first introduced to namaskaram through my brother, who has lived in Nepal for many years and speaks and writes Sanskrit fluently (he's a Trantric Buddhist). A Namaste is incomplete without the accompanying gesture of bowing the head and shoulders slightly. A deeper veneration is expressed by bringing the fingers of the clasped hands to the forhead, touching the brow between the eyes. A third form is reserved for the holiest of Sat Gurus and God. In this form the palms are completely above the head, focusing consciousness in the space just above the Barhma-randhara. The spoken act in Namaste is a mantr, the gesture a mundr. The hand position in prayer is called "Anjali" - to adorn or honor. The term itself comes from the Sanskrit "Namas", meaning "bow, obeisance, reverential salutation". The root, "Nam", signifies bending, bowing, humbly submitting and becoming silent. "Te" means "to you". The act of Namaste is called Namaskaram, Nanaskar, or Namaskara, depending on the area language. Basically, to namaskaram is saying silently: "I see the Deity in both of us, and bow before Him or Her. I acknowledge the holiness of even this mundane meeting. I cannot separate that which is spiritual in us from that which is human and ordinary". Clarification on Beej Mantras, Tantrik shat karm

JAI GURUDEV For past few days, I've been posting various mantras including those on Shanti, Vashikaran and Stambhan. All those mantras are taken from books written by our guruji, Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali and various issues of MTYV. They are NOT created by me and do not involve the criminal side of my brain. Recently, there were many posts asking whehther this stuff works, whether one can get simple methods to solve general problems, whether one can have true faith without getting a feel of these things etc. In Feb. 96 issue of MTYV on page 25, there is a good article called 'Mantra Shakti' written by Sh. Vikas Sharma of Kathmandu which explains how mantras work. Sh. Sharma explains that mantras primarily effect our body, mind and senses. Eg. reciting any Mahakali beej mantra (kram, kreem, krom) rapidly increases Synovial level in our brain whose function is to prevent situations like shock and phobia. Likewise, Mahamrityunjay mantra prolongs life by hyperactivating our immune system; Beesa yantra reduces stress and tension; and Shri Yantra increases concentration by many folds. After reading that article, I got the idea to compile a few beej mantras to help those who are new, have not taken any diksha or don't have enough time for long sadhanas. I also wanted to create awareness and interest for mantras. My personal experience tells that, if chanted correctly, beej mantras can work wonderfully and would eventually, create faith for both guruji and mantras. So, I compiled a lot of them and started posting as and when I got time. I am not sure whether that was a good idea. I would not post the rest unless asked to do so. About shat karms. I agree, due to a lot of misuse, they are considered evil. Then again, they were also created by Lord Shiv along with other mantras and tantras. What I posted, were just beej mantras, not actual proyogs. As I have written in each post, merely chanting them won't work but would surely create a favourable environment. Like, if you chant Vashikaran beej mantra, you won't be able to enslave anyone; but, you would have better control over your own senses. Moreover, chanting beej mantras for Vashikaran, Stambhan, Vidweshan, Uchchatan and Maran would surely protect you if someone else is trying them on you. Therefore, I posted them. Not thinking myself as powerful; but, simply to create awareness and to help. That's all. For me, tantra is a better way of life and everything related to it is knowlegde not a tool to harm anyone. Last year, a friend had posted a message saying that difference of opinion is a very, very healthy thing. I would love to rephrase that again with an addition that difference of opinion and criticism should be used constructively and never as a weapon for personal revenge. Thanks for reading and sorry, if I have somehow hurt someone's feelings. Good luck... Ashish...
