I strongly agree with Sasisekaran ji that this is a typical case of koot matching gone wrong. Also, kindly give a lot of weight to USRji's analyses. Ok i saw your second question after i posted my reply. You see, Jupiter by nature is a benefic. Even in its worst form, it cannot be evil as such. Moreover, when a planet comes in a kendra, its positive/negative effects nullify. Dont worry about the astro part of it.
