According to Vaishnava Philosophy you can have God's grace easily through Mother of Universe. So surrender to Lakshmi & She will recomend you to Lord Narayana. Krishna likes His devotees more than anything else. Radha is His dearest devotee. So if you surrender to Radha, Krishna likes you more.

Dear animesh, Our Hindu religion teaches us tolerance that is why we apprecite what is good in other religions. Our religion never says blindly accept God. You can ask as many questions as you like. In Vedas you can find Jabali Muni who asked all the queries raised by our youngsters & Veda Purusha also gave answer to all queries. Inspite of this freedom why some of the hindus are atheists?

Dear Melvin, You need not go anywhere to see our lord. He is there with you in your heart. Our heart is the shrine of our Lord. Our lips are the entrance of the shrine. When you chant the name of God He hears you. Do not expect everybody accept your views. Each one is entitled to their own opinion. You can never force anybody to accept what you believe. Time has to come for one to realize God. As I already mentioned for that also one needs His grace. Hari Bhol!

Dear melvin, To meditate on God without form requires more maturity & concentration. It is not that easy. Lord Kapila is Lord Krishna's Amsa like Chaitanya mahaPrabu. Chaitanya mahaprabu taught his disciples Hare Krishna mantra &Lord Kapila taught His disciples the yoga of meditation. What ever is easy to you; you follow. Athiests think about God more than devotees. Devotees forget Got when they are in sleep where as atheists think about Him even in sleep. More over Lord Kapila is not an atheist. Bhakthi yoga is taught by Chaitanya Prabu & Jnana yoga is taught by Kapila. In Gita Lord Krishna gives equal importance to both bhakthi yoga & Jnana yoga. Dear maram, Hope you agree that Narayana is the Paramodevata. He took many avatars. In those avatars Rama avatar & Krishna avatars are important avatars for they teach us how to live & what to do. In Gita also Krishna says He is every thing & he who tries to attain Him attains Him & those who strive to attain other devatas attain them. In Kamasika ashtotram Desika says to Lord Narasimha, If You decide to protect one devotee no other devata can prevent it; at the same time if you decide not protect one ,other devatas can not protect him. So the Ultimate Supreme personality of Godhead is Narayana. Narasimha,or Krishna or Rama are other names of same Narayana.. Chaitanya Mahaprabu Combined the Names of Rama & Krishna & gave that mantra. In Tulsidas Ramayana Thulsidas says Ramse Adhk Ramdasa. That is devotee of Rama is superior to Rama. Like that ISKCON people take that mantra as Maha mantra. Chant any name of Hari, you will be taken care in this age of Kaliyuga. We should appreciate people like Melvin who is not hindu by birth has tremendous faith in Krishna. In India which is the land of Yogabhoomi people are becoming westernised. Brahmins wearing thread(yagjopavit) are eating meat etc. where as ISKCON people are giving up all bad qualities. See only good & be optimistic & chant Hari's names in any form.

Breaking of coconut to God indicates if you shed off your ego (coconut shell) you get divine qualities(sweet coconut water). When you prostrat to God you forget who you are, what you are; that will make you realize your goal of life(To attain HIM). So it is the best asana.

Avaduta Gita is taught to Uthava by Krishna when Uthava comes to know that Krishna is leaving the earth after fulfilling His mission of avatar. Uthava feels sorry to part Krishna, then God teaches him Avaduta Gita which is replica of Bhagavat Gita with out repeatation of certain facts again & again as given in Bhagavad Gita.

How come we find atheists(persons who do not have faith in God) only in Hindu religion? In other religions people accept their religion with out any question but in Hindu religion we do not do so? Why?

I fully agree with you Narayana is the ParamoDevata(ultimate supreme God). Vishnu is one of His names. He has infinite names. Bheeshma gave thousand names of Narayana to Yudhishtira in presence of Krishna who is also Narayana's or Vishnu's avatar.

It is short version of Bhagavad Gita taught to Arjuna. Here Lord Krishna said what was necessary & did not repeat many aspects as in Bhagavad Gita.

All the names of Vishnus are names of same Supreme God Vishnu. Kshirashayi means one who is sleeping in Oean of Milk. The another name you mentioned is Vishnu carrying Brahma in his naval. Amsa is Person who takes birth with divine qualities of Vishnu & avatar is when God Himself takes a form in the earth for the sake of His devotees.

Lord Vishnu is the ultimate Supreme God. He took many avatars in which two avatars are very important. They are Rama & Krishna. Act like Rama & do what Krishna said. That is what we learn from these two avatars. Krishna's devotees like Krishna's form more than Vishnu. There is nothing wrong in that as Both Vishnu & Krishna are the same Supreme God. Lord Vishnu has many names like Hari, Govinda, Krishna etc. In what ever name you call Him, He will hear you. Our Hindu Dharma says Vishnu Sahasranama is great because It is approved by Lord Krishna Himself. Vishnu sahasranama(1000 Names) was composed by Bhishma in front of Lord Krishna at the battle field and was told to Yudishtira where Krishna approved It by nodding His head as & when told by Bheeshma. Chant the names of Govinda, Hari , Krishna & Rama to avoid ocean of birth & death. cultivate the habit of chanting Lord's names daily. Let us spare some of our time (to start with atleast few minutes) to chant God's names. May Lord Krishna pours on us His grace in the name of determination to chant His names.

I always wonder when people say they are nature lovers,& say this is beautiful, that is beautiful. Have they ever thought when the nature is beautiful , how beautiful should the creator ( Hari 0r Govinda Or Krishna) be? If they ever think like that then that moment itself they will start developing devotion to Lord Hari. Devotees always find their Lord beautiful. May Lord Hari bless us all!

It is faith that determines whether it is hell or heaven. If you are good Heaven becomes local & if you are a bad person hell becomes local.

Dvine qualities of God(Vishnu) will be present in that person who is Amsa . Lord Vishnu is beyond janma & marana.But Lord Vishnu takes Janma(Avatar) for the sake of His devotees.

Dear shvu, God take avatars to protect His devotees. While protecting His devotees, the evil doers get punished. In some avatars the punishment is death. Coming to Vamana avatar Hari did not kill Bali because Bali was only greedy. Also Bali chakravarti was grand son of Prahlad. Hari promises Prahalad that He will not kill his decendents. Bali is given Pathala lok for ruling & been made Indira in his next janma for he completed 100 Ashvameda yagas & fulfilled the wishes of Hari even when he comes to know that Hari is the one who has come as a small boy. Budda is amsa of God & not His avatar. I hope I have cleared your doubt.

Great souls come to this world as representative of God when man neglects his religious values. We are still immeture to realise that. It is easy to attain God by chanting Hari's names. To spread this message ISKCON was started. But in some places in the name of God people are exploited. How to stop that?
