Those who think of God for everything gets His help when it is needed. So do not worry about anything. We have come to this world to achieve Him. Let us try to attain our goal by His grace. Indian culture in India is loosing its value.It is very saddening to note that Brahmins who are supposed to be the leaders of Jnana have started eating meat. In the age of Kali yuga all negative qualities are developed by learned persons in the name of culture. Only God should help them.

Dear Melvin, If you need help you should always seek the help of God. That is what indicated by Krishna's lila in lifting the Govardhana mountain. Surrender to Him, He will take care of you & your family. Leave everything in His hands, do your duty, you will be taken care of. No one is exempt from fate. All of us are destined to do something & we will do that inspite of what ever obstacles we face. Man thinks about God only when he is in trouble or difficulties. The more difficulties we face the more sins already committed get destroyed. Remember this and carry your duty leaving the results to Lord Krishna. He will take care. Do not worry. Worrying is not going to help anyway. As a doctor you know that. Chant Hari's name, spread His message & live peacefully. I pray to Lord Krishna to give happiness & prosperity to you and your family. Great definition to God. GO(vin)D(a). By chanting His name we can easily attain Him in this age of Kaliyuga.

Most easiest way to cross the ocean of Mundane Existence is to chant Hari's names. It can be done by every one, everywhere & every time. Everybody is eligible to attain God by crossing the ocean of Mundane existence. Be sure that Hari's devotees never fall. He always protects His devotees.He pays His full attention to His devotees. He loves His devotees. May Hari's blessings pour on us.

It is glad to note that the people in the Boga Bhoomi are turning towards spiritual path by having Ratayatra regularly. At the same time I am sad to note the peple of India(Yoga Bhoomi) are becoming materialistic.

Yes Ramayana sung by Valmiki & Thulsidasa says Rama is Avatar of Vishnu. Vishnu takes Avatar as Rama to Kill Ravana & Kumbakarna who were Jaya Vijaya two Dwarapalakas of Vaikunta in their previous Janma & had been cursed to take the life of asura janma. As already mention many instances prove that He is Avatar.

People are after materials. How can they have time to find lost sites of Narayana? They have time for everything except to give few minutes for sincere prayer to the Lord. When they can't spare few minutes for prayer, how can you expect them to find the lost sites of Narayana. It will take time to understand the comforts gained by the money is only temporary pleasure. When people realise the Absolute truth they will start finding the lost sites of Narayana. Which is difficult to expect in this age of Kaliyuga.

dear Melvin, Though you are not born in the land of Krishna( India) you seem to know lot about Lord Krishna than me who is blessed to have born in this land. It needs maturity to understand that The Primeval Lord is Govinda.Maturity does not depend on age. Prahalad at the age of 5 had maturity than his father Hiranyakasapu. Likewise Druva also had maturity at very small age. We should be blessed to have that maturity.Hope by God's grace oneday everyone in this world will get that maturity and accepts Govinda as Primeval Lord.

Dear Shvu, Go through whole of Ramayana, there are so many instances where it is proved beyond doubt that Rama is Avatar. When He meets Jatayu while searching Sita, He asks Jatayu whether He can cure him but Jatayu refuses and He sends him to Vaikunta. Then He gives salvation to Sabari. He gives sapa vimochanam to Ahalya. Visvamitra knows Rama is Vishnu's avatar That is why he asks Dasarata to send Rama with him to kill Maricha & Subagu. There are so manymore instances. Rama accompanying Visvamitra conveys the meaning that who is friend to the whole world( Visva- world & Mitra- freind)will be accompanied by God Himself.

Kapila muni ect are His Amsas. Even Chaitanya Maha Prabu is also His Amsa. Of all the ten avatars Only two avatars Rama & Krishna are taken by God to show human beings how to live and what to do. Live like Rama & do what Krishna said , That is what His Avatars Rama & Krishna conveys. At the end of Kali yuga Kalki avatar will be taken and whole world will be destroyed, the world will be destroyed only when there is not even a single good soul is present.. Then the creation begins and it continues like cycle.

Hindu religion is the most ancient religion. You can be convertrd to any religion. But to be a hindu; you have to be born as hindu.

Bhagavan Vishnu took the Avathar of Rama just to show how a man should live during his span of life. A man should respect His parents, teacher & elders. He also showed that He can never forgive the injustice done to a lady. He proved that lust is the cause of fall however powerful one is. In this age of Kali yuga with out understanding this concept people are doing so many injustices to ladies by molesting etc. Even educated are blinded by lust. Only God should help them to realise their mistakes & become good.

I also agree with you that God Krishna is the supreme God. There is no one equal to Him. With out Krishna's help Pandavas could never had won the Kuruchetra war. Krishna proved that Dharma succeeds and unethical things can never win. He protects His devotees inspite of many hurdles in their path. Pandavas had faith in Him and therefore won the war. Where as Dhuryodhana never had faith and ultimately lost the war to Pandavas & was killed. Lord Krishna is so simple He wants only love from His devotees.Be certain that Hari's devotees never fall. Hari is always there to protect His devotees. Let us have unflinching faith in Him and chant His names. That will take care of us. Let us surrenderto Him & be devoted to Him. Hi Melvin I appreciate your faith and effort. How can church agree with you when you contradict them. They want to convert people to their religion. They do not understand that God consciousness should come with in and not by compulsion. Only in hindu religion there is no compulsion for anything. You can find athiests only in hindu religion, because they are given freedom and time to understand & realize God.

Is there any necessity to convert people from one religion to another?

Inspite of knowing that God's names are not mere words but contain the potency to clean all the dirt with in us; God is impartial , evermerciful and always ready to help and protect us, how can you justify the presence of atheists(people who do not believe in God)in this world?

The Man lives on hopes and faith in God. At every stage particularly in modern days, he has to facce several risks, hazards and challenges. If he does not have belief that some one unseen is protecting him, he will be worried and there by suffer from mental torture. The air he breathes is polluted and the the food he takes may be contaminated. Who protect him from the ill-effects of these factors? Is there safety when he travels? Still he continues his routine, not realising that a Superior unseen Force takes care of him and the entire humanity. That Unknown, indescribable Supreme authority is called God. Those who repose trust in Him and entrust themselves seeking His protection will be saved while others will get tossed about in life, but they too will one day realise that God alone can be their constant companion. There are some people who hold the view that GOd is a mere concept..But careful thought would reveal their ignorance in the true nature of God. The real never ceases to exist. God is the only real ultimate source of energy; who is knowledge and bliss combined and is called by several names. He does not change even when everything change. God is eternal truth and knower of everything.He is intelligent power. God alone knows what He is. Besides Him, the God realised soul who has known the reality about Him may give some indication of what is reality. God shows HIS mercy on every one, administers justice without partiality and loves all equally. With out belief in God it is not possible for any one to investigate His nature and without investigating His true nature one can not get an insight in to it and one can not attain lasting happiness without knowing God. Faith in God stimulates a desire to know His virtues, loving nature and greatness. An endeavour to repeat His names, to meditate on His nature; and to hear and dwell on His virtues wipes out one's sins and helps him to attain Bliss. Those who have faith in God do not indulge in immoral acts. Those who sincerely believe in God have always succeeded in life. Even today those who believe in God and approach Him in a dedicated spirit are seen flourishing. The Vedas, Puranas and scriptures are useful only when there is faith in God, for all aim at establishing His existence. He is the illumination of all lights and beyond the darkness of ignorance. He is the very embodiment of the wisdom. He is seated in theee hearts of all. God is the supreme soul who is free from five afflictions,namely ignorance,egoism,attachment, vengence and all sorts of desires. God is the truth, knowledge and bliss combined. The various descriptions of God with form and without form, God with attributes and without attributes, God as manifest and un manifest are all correct and in correct. They are correct in the sense , those who stive for God realisation with their eyes fixed on Him as described by the saints and holy men. the vedas and other scriptures are enabled to realise Him. And they are incorrect in the sense that really speaking God is different from what has been described to be, for words fail to describe the real nature of Him.It is proved beyond doubt that God is beyond change,unborn,imperishable,eternal and unquestionably true and unique. God can be known only by experience and not by experiment. For this constant practice of spiritual exercises is essential .Genuine cultivation of human qualities and adherance to basic virtues will lead one towards God. God lies dorment in the heart of everyone. He should be awakened. The human body is the temple of God. The heart is the sacred place where God resides. The lips which utter the names of God form the enterance. The sense organs are the lamps lit in the shrine. God resides in our mind which should be kept clean. Bad thoughts are bound to creep in ,they can be removed by upholding righteousness . Gita enables us in our journey through life by outlining our charter of duties. The essence of God's declaration is that every one should do only noble deeds. Only pious thoughts should fill our hearts. There should be no room for hatred. Do your duty with out attachmentt leaving the results to God. Be for certain that HIS devotees never fall. Younger days are more conducive to developing devotion and be of service to God. When the body is firm, words flow without falter, mind takes quick decisions and eye sight is sharp, a person should think of God and adopt measures to lead him to God's vicinity. such a tendancy to God minded should arise, not from suggessions made by others but by one's own will. It is true that every one of us is eligible for the sight of the Lord with Supreme love and intence yearning. God's names are not mere words but contain the potency to clean all the dirt with in us. The purpose of every body's life is to attain God or self realisation. We have come from God we have to go back to Him. We have come here to nullify our karma. Bharatha's example in Ramayana shows how an individual should live when separated from the Lord. The material pleasure we are enjoying in this world is temporary. We have to attain Satchitanandam the only true Happiness.

Hi! Melvin I fully agree with you. Surrendering to the Lord is the best means to attain God. Especially in this age of Kali yuga repeating the names of the lord Hari is easy and every body can do it. God is beyond caste, creed, colour and religion. Each individual is eligible to attain Him. Youger days are more conducive to attain Him. We should try to attain Him when our eyes are sharp, mind is stable, when the body is healthy & when words flow with out falter.May the Lord Hari help us with His blessings to fix our mind on Him. Hi! Shvu, Gita says the person with stable mind attains God. The stable mind can be attained when you take pleasure & pain in the same way. To get that feeling you take what ever happens, happens for the best. Just to convey that meaning I repeated the meaning of unattachment in another form ,ie.what ever happens , happens for the best. The mind that neither rejoices nor recoils when it meets good or evil is stable. conveys Everything happens for the best.

1.Wise men do not sorrow over the dead or living. 2.Soul is eternal. 3.The un real has no existence and the real never ceases to exist. 4.The soul neither kills nor get killed. 5.Death is certain for the born and rebirth is inevitable for the dead. 6.Do your duty with out attachment. 7.The mind which is free from passion,fear and anger is called stable mind. 8.The mind that neither rejoices nor recoils when it meets good or evil is stable. 9.He who has given up all desires,attachment,egoism and thirst for enjoyment attains peace. 10.GOD takes birth from age to age to protect virtuous and to punish the evil doers. 11.He who acts, offering all actions to GOD and shaking off attachment,remains untouched by sin ,like lotus leaf by water. 12.The omnipresent GOD does not receive the virtue or sin of anyone. 13.Everything happens for the best. 14.He who sees GOD present in all beings,never loses HIS sight.He also never loses HIS sight of him. 15.Mind is restless,but can be controlled through meditation. 16.GOD is the supreme goal,supporter,lord,witness,abode,refuge,wellwisher seeking no return,origin,and end,resting place,store house and imperishable seed. 17.GOD brings full security and personal attention to those who constantly think of HIM in a disinterested spirit. 18.GOD delightfully accepts even water when offered with love. 19Know it for certain that HIS devotees never fall. 20.WHo takes refuge in HIM attains the supreme goal. 21.Those who fix their mind on HIM,be devoted to HIM,worship HIM,linking themselves with HIM and depending on HIM,go to Him. 22.HIS devotees ever remain contented and take delight in HIM. 23.He is the universal self seated in the hearts of all beings;so He alone is the beginning,middle and also the end of all beings. 24.Those who fix their mind on HIm will easily cross the ocean of birth and death. 25.If you can not steadily fix your mind on GOD,then seek to attain HIM through yoga of reapeted practice. 26.Get rid off I and Mine to attain HIM. 27.Realizastion of GOD is the true knowledge. 28.Satva drives one to joy;Rajas to action;while Tamas,clouding wisdom,incites one to error as well as sleep and sloth. 29.Wisdom follows from Satva,greed from Rajas,obstinate error, stupor and also ignorance follow from Tamas. 30.We have come to this world with empty hand and we have to go back with empty hand. 31.Surrender to the LORD is the best means of attaining SALVATION. 32.Take refuge in HIM alone,by HIS mere grace you will attain supreme peace and eternal state. 33.Where ever there is BHAGAVAN KRISHNA ,there is Arjuna;Where ever there is BHAGAVATGEETA,glory ,victory,and unfailing righteousness are there. 34.He who hears the Holy Gita with reverence is liberated from sin.
