  1. ok, I see now. you aren't thinking straight yet because you are still at work. when you get home and kick off the shoes everything will become crystal clear. Is the flagship of Thailand still parked out in the Pacific in international waters supplying California with "the stick".
  2. Murali, Go pack the bowl, take a big hit and think about what you just said.
  3. Being defeated by you would be pure nectar. Bring it on friend. I love a good whoopin'............... (but, since I am invincible I will probably be left heartbroken)
  4. why are you hurting the knees of your children? I never hurt the knees of my children.
  5. nice, but do your members know you are flirting with the siddha pranali gang?
  6. exactly. that is how the temple in Alachua operates but nobody in this community considers the temple as "theirs". Even the biggest contributors to this temple claim no possession of this temple. If you want to see the model temple, then you can look at New Raman Reti in Alachua Florida. Now, this is the way it should be. Nobody can plunder this temple and walk off with the assets. (maybe that is why the New Raman Reti temple has the largest congregation of devotees in North America?)
  7. stick with me grasshopper and I will lead you to the light. (but, I need some batteries for my flashlight to find it, please send cash)
  8. sure if you bought and payed for the temple yourself, then you have some right. Nobody has claim to what devotees have built on sacrifice and surrender through street begging and fund raising.
  9. Finally, someone has defeated me. Where can i surrender to your locust feet prabhu?
  10. Nebulous? What is nebulous is this crack-pot notion that the temples of Krishna are the property of the fallen jivas lording it over matter. We own NOTHING, ZIP, NADA..... ZILCH! We don't even own our own souls. We are Krishna's property, the temples are Krishna's property. We own absolutely NOTHING.
  11. I am a nut.(well, peanuts are actually a legume) Is that what you wanted to hear? Are you an onion? I am hing. I am making a pot of vegetable stew for dinner..... no onions - no carrots. I like celery, green peppers, tomatoes, potatoes and curry powder with hing. I don't eat anything that has a face or eyes.
  12. so quick to judge and speculate. enjoy your onions my friend. I don't do coffee. I am an herbal tea person - caffeine free. Caffeine is a total energy suck. I hate caffeine.
  13. That's the kind of thinking that has plundered ISKCON and turned it into a wreck. I despise the idea that the temple is anyone's except Mahaprabhu's. Devotees are supposed to see it as the temple of the Lord, not "their temple". I can see that you have learned well from the GBC and ISKCON gurus.
  14. "You are what you eat" If you eat dead meat you become DEAD MEAT.
  15. karma? or Vikarma? Karma is actually the stuff that accrues in executing the karma-kanda rituals of the Vedas. Vikarma is the all the negative deficit we acquire through sinful activities. Hardly anybody is performing "karma" nowdays. Most everyone is performing VIKARMA. (ugra karma)
  16. Whatever. I personally make a note never to use such wording. I don't like the wording "our Krishna consciousness movement". It' not "ours". It is Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's movement - the Yuga Avatar.
  17. You means like your's and Prabhupada's? The Krishna consciousness movement is not mine, your or ours. It's Mahaprabhu's and his great generals. "our movement"? Not at all. That sounds like some GBC or bhogi guru talking......."our movement".
  18. Whatever. Still, even the most senior of the bunch had only been a devotee for 11 years. (Kirtanananda) and the rest were only devotees for 8 or 10 years. To propose that these guys were ready and qualfied to become "Bhaktipada", "Gurupada", "Acharyapada" etc. etc. is pure insanity. Their takeover of ISKCON will go down in history as the greatest atrocity to ever be committed against the sacred Gaudiya sampradaya. It was heinous and monsterous, but they were too blinded by ambition to stop themselves.
  19. Chanakya Pandit advised that one should not reveal his own faults. So, taking the advice of the good Pandit I won't narrate my own defects on the forum. We really shouldn't be concered about the habits of others anyway. Our only concern should be how we conduct ourselves. If someone does air their dirty laundry on the forum it would just be used as a feeding frenzy for the holier-than-though bigots that haunt the forum. If I want to confess I will go to the Catholic church for that.
  20. If the ISKCON leadership would have followed the instructions of Srila Prabhupda there would never have been "challenge and controversy". Srila Prabhupada's instructions are all the comfort and convenience necessary. The controversy and challenge came when the ISKCON leadership mutilated ISKCON and remade it according to their own whims.
