Peter/ Jo,

Rain in Wales ? - unheard of.

Looks out of library window, scratches wet head, shakes umbrealla..............oh thats rain is it? whats the other type of weather then?

Can you send some of the not wet kind please?

As an expert on the matter (thousands of years of ancestry in the Green Triangle), I must inform you that is NOT rain, it is liquid sunshine. It is only those silly folks that don't get much liquid sunshine that mistakening call it rain!

It really did rain every day or night for two weeks! We had a good time though, as we have everytime we have visited Wales.

 

Did you enjoy Dr Who tonight - the Slitheen in Cardiff? I liked the reference to someone getting blown up because the 'danger' sign was written only in Welsh!
