Please throw some light on the differences between Kal sarpa yoga and Kal amrit yoga. Please spare a few minutes to teach us also please...

Mr Sandhu Ji posted about this few months back how to determine about these yogas in different different way. For simplicity, when planets are within Rahu and Kethu, it is Kal Sarpa Yoga but when they are between Kethu and Rahu it is Kal Amrit Yoga. Their nature is different. One is materilistic in nature and other is spiritul by nature. I simply draw a line and put all planets with respect to degrees. May be some planet is not within Rahu or Kethu although it seems that it is with Rahu or Kethu, in that case it does not form a yoga or effects will be not the same extent.

I am very depressed. My progress in phd has been very slow, in spite of me being a very good student. I joined in Aug 2005, and now it is going to be 4 years, and no end in sight. I am directionless. My advisor does not give me any guidance. In fact, now he does not want to fund me during summer, and wants me to go on internship. In my opinion, you do not have Kal Sarpa Yoga. Although some may say it is cancelled too. All planets are within Kethu and Rahu and thus you have Kal Amirit Yoga.

Although Mars becomes benefic but its inherent nature does not change that much, it will still cause some dosha although not to greater extent. In my opinion, since the age is over 28yrs, Mars would not have any significant effect any way 9delaying in marriage). After that, the match points are important to see the compability between two charts and this is for life long. Usually in such charts, adjustments in understanding each other is more important due to basic nature of Mars when it is associated with Lagna. Say in some cases associated with lagna, if Mars is with exalted Moon in a female chart, then she will be angry very soon but at the same time cooling nature will be very fast and it is acceptable. But imagine, without exalted Moon, what will happen? A big time adjustments is required. Thus, the combination or indicator for delay in marriage is already over (due to age factor, beyond 28 Yrs) but still adjustment in day to day life is required. Saturn is balanced in both cases and thus good.

Yes, many believe that it will cause dosha and will be like as seen from lagna. Even this is true, Mars with Moon causes Chandra Mangal yoga and marriage should have taken place at an early age but it did not in spite of the fact that it is also with Venus.

As mentioned above, “mature age for Mars’’ is 28 yrs and after that the delay caused in marriage is over due to effect of Mars, thus in this case it may not matter much even you count from Moon. In this way mathematically most of the people will otherwise have dosha and in my opinion it is not good to classify in the same group and the results to same extent as from Lagna (otherwise everyone born on that day will have dosha).

First of all wearing zircon is not suggested. I understand it is a problem to afford a diamond . It is better to wear nothing rather than wearing that gem that may give you ill effects. Energy pattern is all together different. At present you may accept the position as current job market is bad. Worshiping Laxmi Mata (without flowers) may improve the salary but you have to take out Zircon.

His Guru, Lord of 7th (spouse) is in 11th in yuti with Exalted Sun and is aspected by Ketu (from house 3), Exalted mangal (in house 8, also mangal is lord of house 6) and moon.

Married life: Mars as a 6th lord (enemies, disease---) is aspecting 7th house (spouse) lord from 8th house. Marriage house has vakri Saturn. I expect problems in marriage (delay in marriage-----), problems in fortune after marriage, only Jupiter's effect can help to reduce the effects. I have considered this fact already and suggested the remedies accordingly.

Your Jupiter as a lord of 10th is currently in neecha position and may delay or failure in getting suitable job. Please check that the quality of Emerald is good and not oiled. I am not sure how did you wear it? It is to be on a proper day and timing of wearing is extremely important to get better results. But to me Emerald has alredy helped you to avoid the surgery as I mentioned in my previous post. For job, other factors are required and I have suggested remedies accordingly too.

Thanks for your gratitude. This is one of the reson that in manglik dosha (Mars placement) if marriage if done after 28 of age, it is better and so thus for Sani it takes place about 36 yrs of age. I also came with chart who married about 48 or 50 and Rahu's placement played a role. Hope this helps.

Saturn kethu period is running. Kethu in 3rd house (ear) aspected by Jupiter who is with exalted Sun. kethu is also aspected by Mars who is exalted in 8th (death) as a 6th (disease, ---) house lord. Mars and Sun are good indicators for surgery and kethu too. I would expect Surgery. This problem might have been fixed in Budh subperiod that has been ended recently by wearing a good quality emerald during that period. I would suggest to wear good quality yellow topaz (not yellow sapphire as many may sell) in silver to have healing faster before or after surgery.

Abroad: Wearing Emerald together with yellow topaz may help you for this. also, it will be good for higher studies or job.

The inherent problem is the aspect of 8th (death) lord Saturn to lagna. Donate clothes, umbrella, food (vegetarian), shoes (non leather) 0n saturdays to needy people may help you to some extent. Be vegetarian if you are already not so.

The match points for Boy 4 are 24.5 out of 36, he is non manglik, Makar lagna with Mars in 5th and Saturn in 7th house. It has a dosha but it is taken care by other factors thus it has small compared to previos three charts for boys.

In the chart of girl, Moon is in 7th (spouse) house (as a 12th lord). Moon at this place I have seen that the person gets younger looking spouse. Thus, if boy is one monthe younger, it may satisfy the effect of Moon.

With Boy1 match: Doshas are usually not cancelled and its effects are there in my opinion after examining several charts. But at the same time, if age is passed 28 Yrs, the effect of Manglik dosa is reduced, at age 36 effects of Sani placement in similar position (like Mars) is reduced and this it indicates delay in marriage. In this, the Sani placements are comatible but not the Mars. But besides manglik dosha and effect of placement of Saturn, match points are still required to have good harmony in married life and there is no exception for that.

1. Saturn in 12 th as a spouse lord and is in his bitter enemy's house Moon.

2. Jupiter lord of 8th (death) aspects lord of 7th, spouse.

3. Moon as a lord of 12th in 7th house.

4. Exchange of houses is thus betwwen 7th and 12th houses is not good.

Present dasa is of Saturn since 1998, thus delaying marriage and requires efforts and divine help.

You may do the following:

1. Donation on saturdays to needy people (clothes, umbrella, shoes (not leather).

2. Worship lord Vishnu and Laxmi Mata without flowers.

Current dasa of Moon as a subperiod in Saturn is till July 2010 and may help with divine help.

Two things came to me...one is cultured pearls and the others are uncultured ones ...picked up directly from the ocean...and these are much more expensive and have a different shape ( not an usual oval one ) than the cultured one ...which is much cheaper...which one to opt for ?

The one that has picked up from the sea is much better and it might have not completely round shape. They may be more expensive. The next choice is cultured pearls, but my preference is uncultured pearls, and goos that are able to find these days, make sure.

I responded to your qns, in case you missed it, this was as follows:

You lost job when Kethu subperiod in Mercury was started about a year ago and the situation will change now as venus subperiod has already started or about to start. You would be able to get a job in this period. You may like to do the following:

1. Worship lord Ganesha every day.

2. Be vegetarian if you are alredy not so.

3. Wear diamond rather than any other gem you have described (these are really not good for you in my opinion and If I were you I will remove immediately and some times in case of doubt do not wear at all). These gems might have helped you in not getting the job and provided a gate way to your several problems.

4. Donate clothes every wed (not leather one to needy people).

For your parents ask them to donate on:

Saturdays and Tuesdays to needy people may also be very helpful (clothes, umbrella, shoes that are not of leather…).
