Dear Ravi, As I've already mentioned Vargottam has nothing to do with the number of the house, it is all about the planet and the sign it occupies. Sun occupies Virgo in both the cases so its Vargottam. Result Sun is strong. Nothing concerning the 6th house or 5th house in navamsha. Here Sun is Vargottam and Lagna is also vargottam. More auspicious. Questions is similar to the first one. Sun is vargottam being in Libra in both the cases, but Lagna is not vargottam. Debilitation does makes planet weak and to some extent weakness is reduced because of the planet being vargottam. Similar to second question. Lagna & Sun both are vargottam. The case of debilitation remains the same as I've mentioned earlier. Here neither Sun nor Lagna is vargottam. If in Rashi and Navamsha Ascendant is same, Lagna is considered to be vargottam. The reference made to "vargottam rashi" is I believe in relation with lagna being vargottam, where both rashi and navamsha have same houses corresponding to different divisions of life. A house cannot be vargottam. Usually vargottam is used to specify that a planet is more strong being in the same house both in rashi and navamsha. I agree with Ravi's comments. Adding on Earlier leaving the place of birth was considered to be inauspicious, but now migration has become a trend. While analyzing foreign travel it should be considered as traveling and not specifically traveling to some foreign country. If a beggar has a prominent Raj Yoga he may get 100 instead of 1, he won't get billions as his situation won't allow him. Similarly, a poor person with planets indicating foreign travel may travel a lot within the country or the legal boundaries. The point is its all about traveling, not necessarily abroad. A truck driver travels on road, train's engineer travels on rails which is also road, ship's captain travels on sea, pilot travels in air, they have different mediums but they all travel, and they do it constantly. Atul, I tried analyzing few known chart with 360 days system, but I didn't see any people following it. There was this thread by Sandhu Ji, where in he mentioned an astrologer from BHU who was afraid of being banished if he used 360 days system openly. Its true if a strong and malefic Jupiter aspects the weak lagna, native goes bald, usually at the time of the dasha of concerned planet. However, there could be many other reasons for the same. Religion = Hinduism, Islam, Christanity, Buddhism etc. Faith = strong belief in an individual who is way too superior to you. I believe in faith. I respect the individual who is far above me in his knowledge and has seamless energy within himself to give me happiness or sadness. That individual to me comes as Sai Bada. Withal, I do not believe in diversification of humanity in terms of hindu, sikh, christian, moslim, etc. As people say there is one god, and even I believe in that, but why its different in different places. Dear sasisekaran, Well sorted out, and a great question to me. My Rahu is in MKS in 9th house Taurus, with Moon. In Navamsha it is in Aquarius Ascendant. A strong reason for me to be away from religion and crossing boundaries. However, I do have faith in Sai Baba, for reasons unknown. I do not know whether it was a change of faith in me, but yes its there. Currently I'm under Rahu and Mars (4th house Sagittarius with Jupiter), maybe this was a reason for rise in faith.
