Namaste Shashikaranji, I read some rules by Shri.P.V.Rao in this site about Navamsha and about AL and UL. There he mentioned about UL and 3rdhouse from UL as longevity of UL. As explained by you above AL is how the world judges u dharmically, but I didnt get the meaning of UL in Navamsha. Is it how the world persceives ones spouse dharmically? 3rd from UL is for efforts put by UL(spouse)to mantain relation or AL to mantain the relation? ? We can analyse this things from the charts mentioned on this thread if that could be convenient to you. Regards/ Coolgimmy

Namaste Shashikaranji, Actually a good database of divorce chart is required to arrive at the conclusions up to certain level. I downloaded MP3 lessons on Navamsha from SJC website and everything was focussed around the 7th and 8th houses in Navamsha and their lords and the 8th house from 7th for second relationship and so on for the number of spouses. But how do we ascertain that some Mr/Ms.X is going to have multiple spouses or not? For eg if 7th lord in Navamsha is in 6th, do we conclude that the person will treat his partner like an enemy or we have to focus on the Navamsha lagna lord and see whether the relationship meets 6/8 or hostile definitions? What does saturn,rahu conjuction in Navamsha indicate? Regards/ Coolgimmy

Namaste Shashikaranji, As mentioned by you in the earlier post, Karkamsha is the sign occupied by Atmakaraka in navamsha. Do we read the rashi chart with reference to the sign occupied by navamsha or we read the navamsha only with reference to karkamsha? I am confused in this issues? Same query is about the lagnamsha do we read in rashi or navamsha with sign occupied by lagna lord. I dont know but the navamsha cud have a greater contribution towards the divorce compared to rashi. I dont know whether the following observations are correct to what extent but in Navamsha: 1. Atmakaraka and Darakaraka have a 6/8relationship plus being natural enemies. 2.Jupiter significator of husband is in 8th house. 3. Debiliated venus is afflicted with nodes, saturn and mars in navamsha. I dont know whether the above are included in the rules of astrology or not. Please confirm. Regards/ Coolgimmy

Namaste Shashikaranji, I downloaded MP3s from SJC website on Navamsha, but what I failed to understand is that when reading on marriage related issues do we check the placement of 7thlord,7th house and chara darakaraka,venus/jupiter from rashi chart in Navamsha or it is the other way around ie reading Navamsha first and check the positions of its 7th lord,7th house in rashi chart? Namaste Shashikaranji, If we consider the charts for some people then position of planets and their respective aspects remain the same for 2hrs in a day till the lagna changes. Now in case there is a chart where the UL and second from UL has maleific aspects, then all the people born during that particular 2hrs should be having a disturbed married life. Can we not consider Navamsha be the cause of make or break a marriage then a Rashi chart or fine tune the predictions of rashi chart using Navamsha? Regards/ Coolgimmy

Will the maleifics aspecting the second house from UL have more on the survival of marriage or will it be the AL/UL relationships like 6/8 or 2/12? Dear Mr.Bhaskaran, In the above replies, you have mentioned the Jupiter in the above chart being debiliated in the 5th house. I flashed her chart and it shows jupiter in sagitarrius in the 5th house and exalted jupiter in Navamsha. Why does she need to empower her jupiter with such good placements? Regards/ Coolgimmy

I am quite slow in understanding the rules and therefore would request you to please confirm my understand with the eg below: For eg Pisces is the lagna and therefore mercury becomes badhaka. Now if mercury is in the 10th house then there will be job related problems and if the same mercury is putrakaraka then the person will have problems related to progeny? Will seventh house the badhakasthana cause problem as well in terms of relations in spite of benefic aspects? Regards/ Coolgimmy

Namaste Shashikaranji, I have some questions on the atmakaraka like in the above case Venus is the atmakaraka and is combust and/or aspected by maleifics. What if maleifics are atmakarakas? What will be the results when they are aspected by maleifics and benefics in different divisional charts like say Navamsha or Shashtiamsha? Do we consider graha drishti only or rashi drishti as well in determining the results? In the above case, Jupiter is the badhaka as well as pitrukaraka. Will it give bad results related to seventh house or related to father or both? Does the role of badhaka varies from one divisional chart to another? Regards/ Coolgimmy

Dear Mrs.Chintha, If he had a girl-friend why the hell did he marry you if he wants to divorce u now? I dont think anyone who marries just for parent's wishes divorce their wife to marry their girl-friend when he could have done this thing before as well and convinced his parents to accept his girlfriend as his wife. Something seems to be wrong somewhere. You can suit a case of cheating against him and ask for a fat compensation as a punishment for playing with your life. Let him also prove his stand in the court. For some reason some women as well as men, try to pull on with a empty relationship for social reasons. Namaste Shashikaranji, For the above queriest you mentioned about yoga which is related to combination of saturn, venus and ketu related to sanyasa. Is this same as the tapasvi yoga. I am confused about the planets location for forming the tapasvi or sanyasa yoga. Is this yoga formed when the three planets are in quadrant or in trines or both? Namaste all, I have question on the impact of benefic planets in the rashi to protect the evil transition of maleifc planets in a particular house or their aspect in some other house. For eg. in the current scenario, mars and saturn are in leo, Rahu in capricorn. For a person of cancer lagna with jupiter in 4th house in rashi chart, will jupiter support the matters of 8th house due to his fifth aspect? Hello Sara8, Success and failure of marriages depends on the understanding of both individual. I have seen my close relatives, who in spite of good matching fought like cocks and bulls which resulted in a negative attitude about marriage among their kids. There are some who just pull along because of social reasons and had they been from a different culture, they would have applied for divorce long back. In the kuta matching system, I know of a couple who had 29/36 points matching and filed an application for divorce after 26years of marriage. Surprisingly it took 26years to know that you have been staying with a wrong person. Its better to marry someone u love rather than marry first and then love someone because u dont know whether u will be able to accept that person after marriage or not and live a life based on compromises or for social reasons. I know of a girl who was not allowed to marry the person she loved due to social reasons and was married to someone of her parent's choice who was more interested in the girls bank account. As soon as money stopped flowing, both of them got separated with a 5year old kid who still doesnt know why her father left them. Planets cannot create love, no way, otherwise the results of above marriages would not have been drastic. Its better to know the nature of your partner rather than agreeing to stay with someone who is a total stranger because one cannot assume that the person is good because he/she is having a good family background. The parents themselves do not know what the children are doing behind their backs. Most of the time in arranged marriages the boy and girl compromise due to their parent's pressure and consider financial stability even if they dont like the proposals. Namaste Shashikaranji, Since I don't know whether it was a bug or is there theory behind it, I put both the ways. I appreciate the efforts put by Shri Narsimha in developing such a software and making it available free on the net. Otherwise for doing calculations manually it needs a lot of time and one needs to know theory or rules about many things which is at least not in my scope. Without internet I would not have gone for this in my free time. Thanks for informing about the difference between normal and a vedic day.
