  1. Rectification process (24 sec variation): 1.D-3: Ra in d-3 will help here to indicate youngest or eldest, your eldest sibling chart must be influenced by Mercury and second from eldest's chart must be influenced by Venus. Since they both are lagna lord in your perspective for your sibling, they must be influenced by the both planet respectively. After rectifying d3 we shall go to d7 2.d7: On rectifying it we can sure that the first child is girl and the second is boy (ofcourse the third child a girl is also possible but this has to be regarded as out of our analysis), in this your first child's relationship with mother is not good, in considering second one it may indicate mother or wife. (as you told their mother is harsh to the children we can conclude that this chart can be correct) 3.After d7 we shall go to d10, ketu and jupiter can show respectable and routine work, sun can show some command over workers. From this cart I think you may feel hard in giving up things in spite of career concern. 4.d24, mercury can show some analytical kind studies in bachelor (moon also there some sort of public oriented is also understood), if he had masters here it is shown by Rahu some sort of modern technology, electronics, etc.. on final rectification,I think your birth time can vary between 16:38:22 to 16:38:46
  2. Shri Raies, In rectifying saptamsa d7 i have some doubt, is there any health concern of your wife and your mother, any bad incident relating to them or any misunderstanding between children and your wife or between you and your mother don't elaborate the incident, just say yes or no
  3. Shri Anusha, go to the below link. you can download the Jhora software http://www.vedicastrologer.org/jh/index.htm#getit
  4. Shri Sasisekaran ji, yes here there is a parivartana between mercury and jupiter in rasi and d9, we can use the dasa using lagna sphuta as reference. thank you
  5. Shri Sasisekarn ji, as i'm a learner in astrology i have some doubts in the above quote, 1. Is the Lagna lord is strong?, Why i had this doubt because in one of the audio's of Shri PVR had said that in human chart we have to use the dasa starting from moon if and only if lagna lord is soo strong we have to look into Vimsottari seed strength 2. Is that Saturn is pitri karaka? Why i had this doubt because i'm using Jhora software by default ayanamsa but it shows Saturn is GK -------------------- Natal Chart December 21, 1977 Time: 1:00:00 Time Zone: 5:30:00 (East of GMT) Place: 78 E 07' 00", 9 N 56' 00" Madurai, India Altitude: 0.00 meters Lunar Yr-Mo: Pingala - Margasira Tithi: Sukla Ekadasi (Ma) (28.88% left) Vedic Weekday: Tuesday (Ma) Nakshatra: Bharani (Ve) (96.35% left) Yoga: Siva (Me) (56.71% left) Karana: Vishti (Sa) (57.76% left) Hora Lord: Moon (5 min sign: Sg) Mahakala Hora: Moon (5 min sign: Pi) Kaala Lord: Mars (Mahakala: Mars) Sunrise: 6:32:21 (December 20) Sunset: 17:57:45 (December 20) Janma Ghatis: 46.1520 Ayanamsa: 23-32-57.74 Sidereal Time: 6:39:32 Body Longitude Nakshatra Pada Rasi Navamsa Lagna 16 Vi 26' 53.20" Hast 2 Vi Ta Sun - DK 5 Sg 17' 06.69" Mool 2 Sg Ta Moon - BK 13 Ar 49' 10.98" Bhar 1 Ar Le Mars ® - AmK 17 Cn 39' 33.09" Asre 1 Cn Sg Mercury ® - PK 7 Sg 04' 52.21" Mool 3 Sg Ge Jupiter ® - PiK 7 Ge 49' 28.68" Ardr 1 Ge Sg Venus - AK 27 Sc 31' 35.35" Jye 4 Sc Pi Saturn ® - GK 6 Le 56' 21.65" Magh 3 Le Ge Rahu - MK 17 Vi 36' 05.05" Hast 3 Vi Ge Ketu 17 Pi 36' 05.05" Reva 1 Pi Sg Maandi 15 Ge 46' 32.05" Ardr 3 Ge Aq Gulika 4 Ge 57' 59.66" Mrig 4 Ge Sc Bhava Lagna 11 Vi 24' 52.16" Hast 1 Vi Ar Hora Lagna 18 Ge 19' 35.78" Ardr 4 Ge Pi Ghati Lagna 9 Li 03' 46.64" Swat 1 Li Sg Vighati Lagna 22 Ar 44' 40.93" Bhar 3 Ar Li Varnada Lagna 16 Sg 26' 53.20" PSha 1 Sg Ar Sree Lagna 29 Vi 34' 49.58" Chit 2 Vi Vi Pranapada Lagna 23 Le 31' 39.08" PPha 4 Le Sc Indu Lagna 13 Cp 49' 10.98" Srav 2 Cp Ta Dhooma 18 Ar 37' 06.69" Bhar 2 Ar Vi Vyatipata 11 Pi 22' 53.31" UBha 3 Pi Li Parivesha 11 Vi 22' 53.31" Hast 1 Vi Ar Indra Chapa 18 Li 37' 06.69" Swat 4 Li Pi Upaketu 5 Sc 17' 06.69" Anu 1 Sc Le Kaala 29 Cn 45' 28.74" Asre 4 Cn Pi Mrityu 17 Vi 04' 46.05" Hast 3 Vi Ge Artha Prahara 10 Li 34' 31.29" Swat 2 Li Cp Yama Ghantaka 3 Sc 03' 03.46" Visa 4 Sc Cn Prana Sphuta 27 Vi 12' 25.65" Chit 2 Vi Vi Deha Sphuta 25 Vi 31' 27.47" Chit 1 Vi Le Mrityu Sphuta 10 Pi 03' 04.29" UBha 3 Pi Li Sookshma TriSphuta 2 Pi 46' 57.41" PBha 4 Pi Cn TriSphuta 5 Sg 14' 03.83" Mool 2 Sg Ta ChatusSphuta 10 Le 31' 10.52" Magh 4 Le Cn PanchaSphuta 28 Cp 07' 15.57" Dhan 2 Cp Vi V2 16 Ta 26' 53.20" Rohi 2 Ta Cn V3 16 Ar 26' 53.20" Bhar 1 Ar Le V4 16 Ta 26' 53.20" Rohi 2 Ta Sc V5 16 Sg 26' 53.20" PSha 1 Sg Sg V6 16 Vi 26' 53.20" Hast 2 Vi Pi V7 16 Le 26' 53.20" PPha 1 Le Ar V8 16 Ta 26' 53.20" Rohi 2 Ta Cn V9 16 Ar 26' 53.20" Bhar 1 Ar Le V10 16 Ta 26' 53.20" Rohi 2 Ta Sc V11 16 Le 26' 53.20" PPha 1 Le Sg V12 16 Vi 26' 53.20" Hast 2 Vi Pi Kunda 12 Vi 17' 49.10" Hast 1 Vi Ar ---------------------- sorry for the inconvenience, as i had seen soo many pervious post of yours, your predictions are certainly great i'm once again clearing that i have no intentions in my mind to disturb you, i just want only clarification of my doubt. 6. Lagna lord in the 4th house endows a person with an emotional bent of mind, creating a heart centered temperament deeply concerned with home and happiness. Yet this placement also render a person emotionally sensitive and if afflicted can make a person prone to psychological disorders. Then the person will take whatever happens to them in an emotional manner for good or ill. Here the lagna lord is afflicted by the Sun in the fourth house It will be more active in the dasa consisting the lagna lord, Since any combination is not possible try Vimsottari dasa, the year that you indicated is (2001) Sun dasa Mercury antardasa, it the antar dasa of afflicted lagna lord of afflicting Sun MD. so try to increase the strength of lagna lord mercury, pray to Lord Narayana. P.S: In general he will be home sick, try to give him more confidence by telling him that he has potential of doing anything and i'm sure that he will bounce back to normal position. The only thing that he needed is security and love.
  7. Great work Deepaji!, as i'm also a learner can you please enlighten us with by how these yogas are divided? Mr. Sridhar, Shri B.V. Raman also told that KSY must be looked only on mundane charts as i follow SJC principle, i shall post Pandit Sanjay rath's article on KSY and KAY, "I do not have the reference at present for the Stanza "Agre Rahu adhou Ketu Sarva madhye Graha..." for Kala Sarpa Yoga (KSY) and the reverse i.e. "Agre Ketu adhou Rahu .." for Kala Amrita Yoga (KAY). There were other details about the famines and destruction brought about by the KSY in mundane matters. This was extended to natal charts. The moot point is that the nodes (Rahu & Ketu) represent the two extremities of life like the infra-red rays (Ketu) and the Ultra-violet rays (Rahu) being the two extremeties of the visible spectrum of seven colors (VIBGYOR - the remaining seven planets from Sun to Saturn). Like the Infra-red & Ultra-violet rays are not part of the visible spectrum, yet they can be good (Infra-red can cure many bone related/muscle related diseases) or bad (UV is very dangerous and depletes the ozone layer like Rahu cutting out our breathing system and causing strangulation, asthama etc) so also the nodes Ketu & Rahu are not visible, yet they can influence human life. These two extremities of Human life are the Saint who renounces all attachment to worldly material existence in search for emancipation from sorrow/re-birth symbolised by Moksha karaka Ketu ruling the Tejas (fire) of tapasya or the dreaded Criminals who will go to any extent to enjoy the material enjoyments of this world like the Bhogi - Rahu. These nodes are always opposite to each other symbolising the opposite poles of life direction. Every human being is stationed between these two extremeties at any point of time in his life. Coming to the question of determining the existence of KSY or KAY, the first thing is to IGNORE the ascendant (Lagna). Place your finger on the sign occupied by Ketu and move it zodiacally along the signs till the sign occupied by Rahu. Were all the other seven planets placed within these signs from Ketu to Rahu? If yes, then Kala Sarpa Yoga exists. Similarly, place your finger on the sign occupied by Rahu and move it zodiacally along the signs till the sign occupied by Ketu. Were all the other seven planets placed within these signs from Rahu to Ketu? If yes, then Kala Amrita Yoga exists. If KSY exists then there is an inherent tendency to enjoy and to grab material comforts for oneself. This can take an extreme form like criminal tendencies like stealing etc. If KAY exists, then the tendency is to give up everything. In any case such people tend to be extreme in their decisions and naturally, there will be physical (Rahu) and mental (Ketu) suffering just like Rahu and Ketu eclipsing the Sun and Moon respectively. In both cases, this is considered a bondage due to Karma of the last birth and will relieve the person or manifest at a certain specific age depending on the chart. One method of determing this is to use the natural years of the planets (refer to Crux of Vedic astrology by this scribe) where that for Rahu is 45 and for Ketu is 43. The next natural question is to determine the planets that can break this KSY or KAY related suffering. We know that natural malefics in Kendra (Quadrants) generate Sarpa Yoga. Thus, natural malefic planets (Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu & Ketu - Sun has been included as a Krura and not as a Dushta) only enhace the suffering and potential problems associated with the KSY or KAY while natural Benefic planets (Moon, Jupiter, Mercury & Venus) can annul the suffering and generate greatness or Maha Yoga. Next comes the placement of these planets to annul the KSY/KAY and generate the Maha Yoga. If in a chart otherwise having KSY/KAY, these benefic planet(s) are placed with either of Rahu (Bhoga) or Ketu (Moksha) then the suffering ends and he attains greatness. Now coming to houses, the placement of these planets in the first or seventh house (Satya Peetha) also generates this great yoga. The results of KSY/KAY are altered as per the houses they start from and end at. Details are beyond the scope of this letter. A traditional Vedic Astrologer should not end without a small note on remedies. "Kaloh Chandi Vinayako" is the Vedic remedy for this KSY (Chandi) or KAY (Vinayaka - Ganapati) respectively. When the benefic planets conjoin the nodes, the deities are Parvati/Gouri (Moon), Sambasiva (Jupiter), Vishnu (Mercury) and Lakshmi (Venus) respectively. When natural benefics are in the first house, then the deity is a form of Vishnu while in the seventh house a form of Shiva. In this manner the intelligent astrologer can recommend the correct remedy." Hope this article might help all new astrologers in their upcoming prediction all the best
  8. In my opinion for year analysis we can't look transits at every point of time, if you are looking for year analysis either go to solar transit chart or TP chart. in the previous post i gave analyzing by using TP chart, in general this year will be a good year, but ketu in lagna is not good for material concern but for spritual practice it will be good.
  9. first your birth time must be rectified, please send some of the events in your life to the below given mail id.
  10. According to Parasara eight chara karakas are used, here rahu is only used and not ketu The planet with highest to lowest occupy the following karakas respectively 1. Atma Karaka 2. Amatya Karaka 3. Bhratrkaraka 4. Matrkaraka 5. Pitru Karaka 6. Putra Karaka 7. jnatikaraka 8. Darakaraka you need not to calculate all these karakas, you can use Jhora software it will automatically calculate all these chara karakas.
  11. how far your birth time approximation is? 5min, half an hour, etc..
  12. I think you Know about the division of 12 rashi and Dwisvahava/dual sign/upaya sign are all same It has been said in an ancient books on astrology that if the Ascendant is occupied by a movable sign and the lord of the Ascendant is also in a movable sign. The native concerned earns his living from some foreign land. The meaning is that the place of earning his livelihood will not be one and a fixed place. He will be fond of wandering and moving. If there are more planets in a movable sign, then he will be more active and practical and less reflective and thoughtful. Pandit sanjay rath explains as they will have excess of energy and very creative with inflow of energy being much greater than the outflow On the other hand, if there are more planets in a fixed sign, he is more reflective and thoughtful and less practical and active. If of ,movable nature he will be more prone to wrath, ready to take offence which however is of short duration. If of fixed nature, he is slow to take offence but anger may remain for longer duration. Pandit Sanjay rath explains as this is with without energy where the outflow much greater than inflow Dwisvabhava is mixed of both fixed and dual and Pandit Sanjay rath explains as having adequate energy where the energy inflow and out flow are not matching. In general the fixed and movable are dependent with each other.
  13. "Consider the degrees of the (seven or eight) planets, irrespective of signs" here Rahu is 23:34 in Virgo and moon is 28:24 Aquarius, as the statement given above irrespective of the sign we have to consider the degree, that is the degree of moon is 28:24 and degree of Rahu is (30 - 23:34) 6:26. In concluding AtmaKaraka we have look for all the planets, if you calculate like the above for all the planets, we can get that the Saturn having degree 29:00 (approximately) in cancer is the planet having highest degree in comparing with all the planets, so Saturn will be the AtmaKaraka. P.S: Here Ketu is not to be considered in Chara Karakas system, the one of the reason is if we calculate rahu and ketu like above, the both will show the same degree.
  14. Srisha, Advanced Birthday wishes! Sirsha here in your chart Dwi-Saptati sama dasa gives more clear results than vimsottari dasa, even though vimsottari dasa gives results, to get more correct results we have to go to Dwi-Saptati sama dasa (in your case only) the dasa that you mentioned above in your post is Vimsottari dasa Regarding your birth day : Go to a Vishnu/Narayana temple on 14th September 2008 and this year will a great year for you all the best
  15. D4 Chaturthamsa had to be used this analysis, normally 12th, 8th lord gives instability in native place. 4th, 5th and lagna lord shows stability. In general Rahu and Saturn are the karaka for foreign travel. We can use sahamas also, the sahamas like Paradesa Sahama and Jalapatana Sahama will show the points in the zodiac, it can used for cross checking our analysis. Example: In you chart, Rahu is in lagna, but it is not the lagna lord here (according to the classics), Lagna lord in 11th house but it with moon, so it can show worries, the two sahamas falls on virgo and capricorn, the 5th and 8th house lord in 12th house Dasa: In your chart i can't find any other possible dasa, so we have to stick to Vimsottari dasa, in considering Vimsottari dasa (starting from Moon) current dasa is Moon MD Saturn AD (2008/Dec - 2010/July), here i can't say that you may cross ocean, since the lagna lord is in 11th house with moon, the bhoga falls on 11th house, we have to mind that saturn is the 12th lord also, so we can say that during this dasa the native could have some worry about the foriegn travel. The next is Moon MD Mercury AD (2010/july - 2011/dec) accoring to sahamas and according to our above calculations we can decide that this dasa may be appropriate for foriegn travel, (why?) sahamas - Paradesa Sahama and Jalapatana Sahama falls on virgo and capricorn respectively, here the virgo lord is in capricorn, the AD lord is in 12th house and the bhoga falls on the lagna, we should not forget strong Rahu is placed there, so we can conclude that this AD period may be helpfull for the native to have his foreign travel. P.S: i think you might be interested in learning Astrology, Vedic Astrology is not hidden now-a-days, it's an open book now, you can go to SJC and select appropriate guru and they will teach you. I think this may help you
  16. Marriage will take place during Rahu MD Mercury AD (using Dwi-Saptati sama dasa), here Rahu is with UL and the lord is Mercury Period : 2009/Nov - 2011/Jan
  17. Planet will give the results according to the house they own (generally it termed as functional benefic and malefic), even Jupiter will also act as a maraka in one chart and with only one malefic or benefic we can't conclude the result.
  18. you will go abroad after 2010/7, during moon MD and Mercury AD (2010/7 - 2011/12) and we can confirm it by sahamas also
  19. Pray to Jupiter, he will protect you from any kind of disease in your life and so that you can avoid surgery and complete cure, currently your MD is bad (Saturn) in spite of health concern and if you pray to Jupiter he will protect from any bad effect in this dasa, not to worry P.S: here the dasa specified Dwi-Saptati sama dasa
  20. Here the astrologer had used the thumb rule, the thumb rule states that, 'If Saturn be in the 7th house, and the sun in trine or sextile to it, the native marries a widower; and if, at the same time, Mars be in aspect to Saturn, she will marry a widower with a family'. In her chart as you see saturn is in 7th house and it is 120 deg seperated from sun In his chart Saturn is in trikona and and the angle difference between Saturn and sun is 141 (only 21 deg greater than 120), so it can be partial P.S: in my concern thumb rules won't work at all time, it will work only in some places and in any worst case it can be looked but also we can't be cent percent sure on it.
  21. Method of determining Atmakaraka is given by Rishi Parasara is as follows (and the below translation is given by Pandit Sanjay rath) Paräsara BPHS 34.3-6½ atmä süryädikheöänäà madhye hyaàçädhiko grahaù | aàçasämye kalädhikyät tatsämye vikalädhikaù || 3|| budhau räçikalädhikyat grähvo naivätmakärakaù | aàçädhikaù kärakaù syädalpabhägo'ntyakärakaù || 4|| madhyäàço madhyakheöaù syädupakheöaù sa eva hi | vilomagamanädrähoraàçäù çodhyäù khavahnitaù || 5|| aàçakramädadho'dhaùsthäçcaräkhyäù kärakä iti | Consider the degrees of the (seven or eight) planets, irrespective of signs. Since Rahu is always retrograde, the longitude of Rahu is considered from the end of the sign. The planet with the highest longitude is the ätmakäraka. If two or more planets are in the same degree, then the minutes, and if in the same minutes then the seconds of arc has to be considered to determine the ätmakäraka. In such cases where two or more planets occupy the same degree, then the one with the higher minutes & seconds of arc is declared the ätmakäraka while the one with the lowest minutes & seconds of arc is the antyakäraka (antya means end or last). The ones in the middle are declared the madhyakheöaù (madhya means middle). The other carakäraka follow in the order of the decreasing longitudes of the planets
