my friend 24yr old is suffering from HYPERTROPHY OF VERU MONTANUM which is MUCOSAL CREST OF URETHRA? He had undergon CYSTOSCOPY Symptom : 1) Obstruction to urine flow 2)double stream 3)straining while micturation plz suggest treatment he is taking 1)chandraprabha vati and gokhshuradhi gugglu since 2 month still no relief
