WOW a profound post! Please do continue to write more on this topic.

getting to know that WE need to LOVE ourselves FIRST, then only we can give to

others..When our bellies are full, we shall pass on this wonderful gift to

others!

stuck there and hasn't grown up. Mother that child! Pay attention to her as you

would your lonely and bruised and abused and neglected daughter who has no one

on earth apart from YOU! Help her grow up. "

everyone can relate to that in some way or the other. The least we can do is pay

attention to that part of ourself that we feel no one has understood and loved.

And LOVE that part. IF we happen to arrive there, TRUE LOVE should not be even

an arm's length away I guess.

A poem I want to share with the group that goes well with the Nandali's post!

" The Invitation " By Oriah Mountain

It doesn't interest me what you do for a living.

I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your

heart's longing.

It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon.

I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow,

if you have been opened by life's betrayals or have become shriveled and closed

from fear of further pain!

I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own,

without moving to hide it or fade it, or fix it.

It doesn't interest me who you know or how you came to be here.

I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not

shrink back.

It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied.

I want to know what sustains you, from the inside, when all else falls away.

I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the

company you keep in the empty moments.

strange advice! She was told " There is a part of you that is a little girl and

stuck there and hasn't grown up. Mother that child! Pay attention to her as you

would your lonely and bruised and abused and neglected daughter who has no one

on earth apart from YOU! Help her grow up. "

>

> Not all of us are stuck there and that desperately perhaps Lilly but I am sure

everyone can relate to that in some way or the other. The least we can do is pay

attention to that part of ourself that we feel no one has understood and loved.

And LOVE that part. IF we happen to arrive there, TRUE LOVE should not be even

an arm's length away I guess.

the efforts of FREE WILL that they made in some previous lifetime. But for the

rest of us, the journey towards LOVING our ownselves need to continue so that

TRUE LOVE arrives soon and who knows how soon!! It a quest that we need to take

inward and not outward.

Wonderful Lilly!! Thanks for that sharing!

By the way, I think Jyotish comes to you very naturally! You have a very

beautiful gift of being able to synthesise indications together that is

invaluable! What people like me struggle to learn, comes to you spontaneously!

Regards,

Nandini

But wondering if this coming together of the indicators of the Father and the

Mother could be a great spiritual opportunity in this lifetime – to experience

the ONE and ONLY parent – GOD!!

Dear Moderator and Lilly ji,

Thanks for the poem.

I found it so beautiful that i passed/posted it to my home i.e. groups based

exclusively on lalkitab.

As a matter of policy i don't quote one group's name in another but ask for the

permission to forward the message from the moderator first.

But i got mesmerised by the poetry and spontaneously posted this message.

Hope you don't mind.

Regards

Kulbir Bains.

could use. A friend of mine went to see a psychologist recently and was given a

strange advice! She was told " There is a part of you that is a little girl and

stuck there and hasn't grown up. Mother that child! Pay attention to her as you

would your lonely and bruised and abused and neglected daughter who has no one

on earth apart from YOU! Help her grow up. "

> > >

sure everyone can relate to that in some way or the other. The least we can do

is pay attention to that part of ourself that we feel no one has understood and

loved. And LOVE that part. IF we happen to arrive there, TRUE LOVE should not be

even an arm's length away I guess.

take inward and not outward.

But wondering if this coming together of the indicators of the Father and the

Mother could be a great spiritual opportunity in this lifetime – to experience

the ONE and ONLY parent – GOD!!

Which could bring us back to the beauty of the 8th house Lilly!

I believe the Dasha of the 8th Lord could be a time when we are ready to look

for our hidden strengths and weaknesses. In that journey, we would definitely

need the blessings of Mangal Dev, for where else do we get the courage to face

our insecurities and frailities!

And if the pada of the 8th is placed on the 10th house of Karma, then our JOB in

this lifetime would utilise those hidden strengths that we came up with after

Manthan.

Regards,

Nandini

P.S. Why did you add the 'Ji'! :-(

The blessing of Mangala Dev(bhumi putra) will naturally come to us when we

respect our mother earth(SITA MATA) and our divine father. After all he also

worshiped and kept in his heart exalted father Lord Rama with his exalted SUN..

respect our mother earth(SITA MATA) and our divine father. After all he also

worshiped and kept in his heart exalted father Lord Rama with his exalted SUN..
