1. Hare Krsna to all devotees for many reasons I am not affiliated to any Hare Krsna group, I feel that my Guru is Srila Prabhupada and I read his books. Now I feel that is time to do some sankirtan, I have no experience doing sankirtan and I have made my own homemade books, I took the vedabase edited some books with microsoft word, pirnted them with my epson printer, stapling them with my heavy duty stapler, and so on. I know that the quality is not the same as the book printed in a professional printer but looks very well. I like all about printing books and I love to make my own books instead of buying them in a temple. Also if I buy them will cost me more, and my main desire is to give them just for any donation, every homemade books cost me like 0.25 dollars and if the person give me that as donation I will be happy because I could print another book and another and another..., but if I buy the books in the temple will cost me maybe 1 dollar each one and I don't want and I can't put a price for a book about the Lord. So I am making my books, and maybe friday I will distribute them (homemade books is a slow process), I don't know nothing about sankirtan but I think that the Lord and Srila Prabhupada will help me if they are satisfied with my service. Also to get bbt books from my city is a bit difficult. What do you think about this? Am I too excentric? well I hope that the senior devotees help me in this. Hare Krsna!
2. Hare Krsna devotees I am looking for books covers of Srila Prabhupada books in hi-res, do you know where can I get them, wich website? thanks
3. Well, At This moment I have read alot about Anti Sridhar Maharaj and Pro Sridhar Maharaj My conclusion in this issue about Srila Prabhupada's Godbrothers is that I have to read carefully the books translated by Srila Prabhupada and then compare them with the teachings of Sridhar Maharaj....
4. thanks Guruvani, Now is more clear for me. Now my next question is why Narayana Maharaj supported and was friend with some of these eleven, like Tamal Krsna? Did NM know that they were appointed just ritviks and not initiating gurus?
5. I feel bad reading your post, sorry for your bad experience, maybe such experience broke your heart in the past. Is sad really
6. Sridhar Maharaj is involved in this, why he didn't ask for a proof of this appointment? and after that what happened with the devotees who wanted to expulse all those bogus gurus? they couldn't thanks the advice of Sridhar Maharaj? am I wrong? What Sridhar Maharaj did after he knows the truth? thanks ***I would like to know the truth I am not discussing***
7. Really I dont know why some people doens't accept Srila Prabhupada's letters, because this is the basic plataform between the guru and disciple relationship. The disciple ask intelligent question and the Guru response them, this is the essencial part of this relationship. I don't agree with `people who say that the disciple is not qualified to hear the truth so Sp gives him a fairytale o whatever you want to call it.
8. Why Sridhar Maharaj defended the post 1977 bogus gbc gurus?
9. Nice post vigraha thanks btw who are you?
10. I agree with you, btw where is the webpage with the letters of Srila Prabhupada?
11. I know from other sources the origin of the jiva if someone wants more info write me a PM
12. so you mean that Sarvabhavana is the most accurate? how can i get that book?
13. Srila Prabhupada was authorized by His spiritual master in a dream, not just one, two or three also Srila Prabhupada when he was goign to america in the jaladuta He saw in a dream all expansion of Krsna helping Him... something like that Also, once I heard -maybe in a dvd- a devotee speaking about Srila Prabhupada. This devotee said that srila Prabhupada was crying and he ask him why and Srila Prabhupada said him, because I am seeing Krsna seated in that tree.
14. hey thanks theist now I remembered something, I am looking for the jaiva dharma book but it is said that the "gaudiya matha's version" is not as it is and there is another jaiva dharm from the translator of Caitanya Bhagavata, I don't remember his name now but Srila Prabhupada gives him the service of translation.... have you some references? thanks
15. Lectures & Classes 740708AR.LA Arrival Address -- Los Angeles, July 8, 1974 Prabhupada: So I thank you very much for your kind reception. It is necessary. saksad-dharitvena samasta-sastrair uktas tatha bhavyata eva sadbhih kintu prabhor yah priya eva tasya vande guroh sri-caranaravindam This is the process, Vedic process, to receive the transcendental knowledge through the parampara system, and the reception or honor given to the spiritual master, it goes to Krsna. Spiritual master is the official collector. Just like in government there is collector. He receives the money, taxes, from the citizens, not for his personal use but for the government. Similarly, this is the Vedic system, to receive knowledge through the transparent medium, guru, and to receive... Guru means the honor goes to Krsna. So this is necessary. This is not an artificial thing, but spiritually it is necessary. Therefore we hold Vyasa-puja day. So I am very glad to see that you are maintaining the temple standard as good as I saw when I left. That is my satisfaction. And keep this, I mean to say, situation, atmosphere, always, and follow the regulative principles, chant sixteen rounds. You'll remain always happy, because although we are in Los Angeles, we have nothing to do with the material atmosphere of Los Angeles. Therefore a devotee who lives with Krsna or in Krsna consciousness, he does not live in the material world. He always live in the spiritual world. That is confirmed in the Bhagavad-gita. Mam cavyabhicarini-bhakti-yogena yah sevate: "Anyone who is engaged in bhakti-yoga with Krsna," sa gunan samatityaitan brahma-bhuyaya kalpate, "such person is always above these material modes of nature." Our difficulty or miserable condition of life is due to being under the material laws of nature. So it is very simple method, and you are all intelligent boys and girls in the Western country, and I am very, happy that you have taken it seriously. And continue this. You'll never be unhappy. And not only here but also, as Krsna said, man-mana bhava mad-bhakto mad-yaji mam namaskuru, if you simply practice these four principle--always think of Krsna, man-mana, or become Krsna's devotees and offer Krsna obeisances and worship Krsna--these four... We are teaching these four principle in the temple, how to worship Krsna how to serve Krsna, how to become Krsna's devotee, and how to think of Krsna twenty-four hours. And if we do this, there is guarantee. Krsna says, mam eva esyasi asamsaya: "Without any doubt, you will come to Me. You will go back to home, back to Godhead."
16. Where Srila Prabhupada is saying that nitya siddhas never fall down? He is saying that nitya siddha MEANS never fall down, Srila Prabhupada is not saying that nitya siddhas never fall down, He is saying nitya siddha means that never fall down because Nitya siddha means eternally liberated so when a nitya siddha fall down he becomes eternally conditioned or nitya baddha and this is relative only. This is in harmony with the letter below Srila Prabhupada – “You are NOT eternally conditioned (NITYA-BADDHA). You are eternally liberated (NITYA-SIDDHA) but since we have become conditioned on account of our desire to enjoy materialistic way of life, from time immemorial, therefore it appears that we are eternally conditioned (NITYA-BADDHA)’ Letter to Aniruddha, dated November 14, 1968, is very simple for me nitya siddha = eternally liberated nity baddha= from time immemorial conditioned The nitya-siddha never falls victim to maya. FALSE You have fallen victim to maya. TRUE You are not nitya-siddha. FALSE You are nitya-baddha. TRUE and FALSE at the same time because at this moment my coverings are polluted but my soul is ever pure "People want to Be Cheated" 73/07/14 London, Bhagavad-gita 1.13-14 ... This word nitya-siddha is significant. Nitya-siddha and nitya-baddha. There are two kinds of living entities. Nitya-baddha means ever-conditioned. Ever-conditioned means those who are in this material world, they do not know when they came in touch with this material world. Neither they do know when they will be liberated. They are called nitya-baddha, ever-conditioned. And similarly, there are nitya-siddhas. Nitya-siddhas means they never come in contact with this material world, and even they come here for some business, they do not forget their position. That is nitya-siddha.
Las personas quieren ser engañadas

Bhagavad-gita 1.13-14

17. how you can't understand a simply thing that you are a pure soul but your coverings are polluted? "The soul is atomic in size and can be perceived by perfect intelligence. This atomic soul is floating in the five kinds of air [prana, apana, vyana, samana and udana], is situated within the heart, and spreads its influence all over the body of the embodied living entities. When the soul is purified from the contamination of the five kinds of material air, its spiritual influence is exhibited." (Mund. 3.1.9) Chapter 2, Verse 23. The soul can never be cut into pieces by any weapon, nor can he be burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind. Chapter 2, Verse 24. This individual soul is unbreakable and insoluble, and can be neither burned nor dried. He is everlasting, all-pervading, unchangeable, immovable and eternally the same. Chapter 2, Verse 25. It is said that the soul is invisible, inconceivable, immutable, and unchangeable. Knowing this, you should not grieve for the body.
18. Srila Prabhupada – “You are NOT eternally conditioned (NITYA-BADDHA). You are eternally liberated (NITYA-SIDDHA) but since we have become conditioned on account of our desire to enjoy materialistic way of life, from time immemorial, therefore it appears that we are eternally conditioned (NITYA-BADDHA)’ Letter to Aniruddha, dated November 14, 1968, all of us are nitya siddha, the souls is unchangeable eternally pure is just our material covering that are polluted, even the soul of Sadham, G bush my soul (that is myself) and other big or little demons are pure souls, because the soul can't be polluted, burned, cut in pieces, etc. Is ever pure. This is one of the most basic things in KC, that our coverings are polluted but not the soul. Srila Prabhupada explain that nitya baddha doesn't mean really eternally conditioned, without beginning. Here He is saying since time immemorial, untraceable, therefore it appears that we are eternally conditioned, but before that we were liberated souls and still we are nitya siddha in an absolute way, even if our consciousness and covering are polluted.
19. A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada Letter to Rupanuga Dasa, 3 July 1968: "Yes, those twelve symptoms of the spiritual soul are correct, except for "all-knowing." All-knowing it cannot be, but full of knowledge." A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada Mayapur morning walk, April 8, 1975: Jayadvaita: Because we see... For instance, sometimes the acarya may seem to forget something or not to know something, so from our point of view, if someone has forgotten, that is... Prabhupada: No, no, no. Then... Jayadvaita: ...an imperfection. Prabhupada: That is not the... Then you do not understand. Acarya is not God, omniscient. He is servant of God. His business is to preach bhakti cult. That is acarya.
20. NARADA EXPERIENCES MAYA Narada is an ancient sage who is said to have lived for thousands of years, wandering freely through all the levels of consciousness from heaven to earth. Narada was on very intimate terms with the Lord, here in the form of Krishna, so he could ask him all kinds of questions. And while they were walking, he asked the Lord, "Sir, can you please explain to me the secret of this magic called maya?" Sri Krishna hesitated, because to understand maya is to understand the whole of life. But Narada was utterly devoted to him, so the Lord replied, "Of course. Let's sit down here in the shade and I shall tell you everything. But first, Narada, it's terribly hot; would you get me a glass of cool water?Right away," Narada promised, and he set out across the fields. The sun beat down, and though he was a good walker, the little line of thatched cottages on the horizon that marked the nearest village seemed no closer as he strode along. The heat grew unbearable. Narada's throat became parched, too; he began to think he would ask for two glasses of water, and drink the second himself. Finally he reached the village and ran to the nearest house. The door opened - and there stood the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. She smiled up at Narada through long, dark lashes, and something happened to him that had never happened before. All he could do was hem and haw. Finally he blurted out, "Will you marry me?" That is the Indian way, you know; you cannot just say "What are you doing on Saturday night?" The couple settled down to a life of connubial bliss. After a while, children began to arrive. Narada's became a very animated household. Somebody was always being bathed or dressed; there were meals to get and people to be provided for. Narada and his wife became engrossed in their private little world, quietly building their dreams. Years passed. The children grew up, went to school, got married; in time, grandchildren arrived. Narada became the patriarch of a great family, respected by the whole village; his lands stretched to the horizon. He and his wife would look at each other fondly and say, "Don't you think being grandparents is the greatest thing on earth?" Then a great flood came. The village fields became a raging river, and before Narada's helpless eyes, everything that he loved and lived for - his lands, his cattle, his house, but especially his beloved wife and all their children and grandchildren - were swept away. Of the entire village, only he remained. Unable to watch the destruction, Narada fell to his knees and cried for help from the very depths of his heart. "Krishna, Krishna!" At once the raging floods disappeared, and there was Sri Krishna, standing casually on the fields where they had walked what seemed so many years before. "Narada," the Lord asked gently, "where is my glass of water?"
