  1. Also in Tibet there are some of this scrolls. Now the thing is how to recognize the Lord?

Don't worry because the revelation says that his face will shine like the sun, He will fly in the sky, control the nature, transfom the people in kids of 12 years old, will judge the inmoral western world, all people will see his face and there will be no doubt that He is the Son of God, this will occure in the holy India soon. So don't be cheated when people say that kalki is here or there.

Anyway I am confused if this encarnation is kalki or not because the hare Krsnas says that kalki will come after 400.000 years.... and other traditions say that kali is ending... really I don't know who is right, but it is a fact that will come and avatar soon.

  2.

It is a well approved fact that lord Vishnu himself came to earth ( and he is called Venkateswara or Balaji ) to eliminate "adharma" in Kaliyuga as always he incarnates in each yuga to eliminate evil.

But it is quite disheartening to see in present world so many terror attacks, Fights between religions. Adharma is increasing day by day and there isnt a small hint of it starts reducing.

I am very saddened to see so many innocent people die because of this Adharma. Is the purpose of Lord Vishnu residing on earth ( on Tirumala) is serving?

Sorry, if My thread depicts me as a non believer of God. I am a ardent believer in god.

    Hello there,

I am from southamerica and there is a new revelation saying that the Lord will come and will stay in your country (India) He will construct a palace made of gems. the revelation says that in the eastern scriptures it is said that a knowledge will come and will transform the whole world. (if you have some information please show us)

The revelation says that the Lord will come thanks to the capitalism, they are guilty of his descension.

for more information go to http://www.cienciaceleste.org.pe/english.htm

The revelator used to speak directly with God, He said that he could see the Lord Playing with the molecules, even there is a transcription of one of his conversation with a cat. The revelation is wonderful, also the revelator wrote more than 4.000 transcriptions of his conversations and He never went to university, He was externally a laborer.

  3.

Ufff , seriously this is confusing :(. I give up. I have tried my very best to seperate these Gods in my head but I cannot. Refering to them as demi-Gods is also very demeaning. Yes I cringe too everytime I hear it. For one thing, my family are not Vaishnavas. They worship one God, not for any material benefit. My favourite God is Krishna, but the problem arises when I have to accept that my family are foolish and stupid for worshiping another God. I cannot think of them like that. For me, this is like trying to take joy from a faith which tells me that my good parents are going to hell for worshipping the wrong "God". Where is the spirtuality/peace in this? I am no better than my parents, and I do not want to end up with an ego over my head saying I am superior and more clever than my parents for worshipping right God over "demi-God". And to be honest, I have noticed some people with such ego over their head. Sorry about the rant there but this is seriously very confusing.

I understand your confusion... when I have this kind of confusion i just take my japa and chant the holy name, the maha mantra will give you peace of mind

  4. As an Ex Hare Krsna member, I understood that there is no much difference among Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu, Krsna, Rama, etc. God is one and at the same time infinite persons, this is non impersonal monism, but there is a hierarchy i.e there are the personalities of Godhead, but there is a supreme personality of Godhead, this supreme personality of godhead is so attractive that his very same expansion are attracted to Him. In this line Sri Krsna is that Supreme Person. There is no difference among them but at the same time there is (Acintya bedhabedha?). Even in the spiritual world exist variety even in the manifestation of God and with Krsna in his supreme planet it is the most wonderful relationship between God and us the jivas.

In nectar of devotion this is explained very well:

"Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī, after consulting various scriptures, has enumerated the transcendental qualities of the Lord as follows: (1) beautiful features of the entire body; (2) marked with all auspicious characteristics; (3) extremely pleasing; (4) effulgent; (5) strong; (6) ever youthful; (7) wonderful linguist; (8) truthful; (9) talks pleasingly; (10) fluent; (11) highly learned; (12) highly intelligent; (13) a genius; (14) artistic; (15) extremely clever; (16) expert; (17) grateful; (18) firmly determined; (19) an expert judge of time and circumstances; (20) sees and speaks on the authority of Vedas, or scriptures; (21) pure; (22) self-controlled; (23) steadfast; (24) forbearing; (25) forgiving; (26) grave; (27) self-satisfied; (28) possessing equilibrium; (29) magnanimous; (30) religious; (31) heroic; (32) compassionate; (33) respectful; (34) gentle; (35) liberal; (36) shy; (37) the protector of surrendered souls; (38) happy; (39) the well-wisher of devotees; (40) controlled by love; (41) all-auspicious; (42) most powerful; (43) all-famous; (44) popular; (45) partial to devotees; (46) very attractive to all women; (47) all-worshipable; (48) all-opulent; (49) all-honorable; (50) the supreme controller. The Supreme Personality of Godhead has all these fifty transcendental qualities in fullness as deep as the ocean. In other words, the extent of His qualities is inconceivable.

As parts and parcels of the Supreme Lord, the individual living entities can also possess all of these qualities in minute quantities, provided they become pure devotees of the Lord. In other words, all of the above transcendental qualities can be present in the devotees in minute quantity, whereas the qualities in fullness are always present in the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

Besides these, there are other transcendental qualities which are described by Lord Śiva to Pārvatī in the Padma Purāṇa, and in the First Canto of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam in connection with a conversation between the deity of the earth and the King of religion, Yamarāja. It is said therein, "Persons Who who are desirous of becoming great personalities must be decorated with the following qualities: truthfulness, cleanliness, mercy, perseverance, renunciation, peacefulness, simplicity, control of the senses, equilibrium of the mind, austerity, equality, forbearance, placidity, learning, knowledge, detachment, opulence, chivalry, influence, strength, memory, independence, tactfulness, luster, patience, kind-heartedness, ingenuity, gentility, mannerliness, determination, perfection in all knowledge, proper execution, possession of all objects of enjoyment, gravity, steadiness, faithfulness, fame, respectfulness and lack of false egotism." Persons who are desiring to become great souls cannot be without any of the above qualities, so we can know for certain that these qualities are found in Lord Kṛṣṇa, the supreme soul.

Besides all of the above-mentioned fifty qualities, Lord Kṛṣṇa possesses five more, which are sometimes partially manifested in the persons of Lord Brahmā or Lord Śiva. These transcendental qualities are as follows: (51) changeless; (52) all-cognizant; (53) ever fresh; (54) sac-cid-ānanda (possessing an eternal blissful body); (55) possessing all mystic perfections.

Kṛṣṇa also possesses five other qualities, which are manifest in the body of Nārāyaṇa, and they are listed as follows. (56) He has inconceivable potency. (57) Uncountable universes generate from His body. (58) He is the original source of all incarnations. (59) He is the giver of salvation to the enemies whom He kills. (60) He is the attractor of liberated souls. All these transcendental qualities are manifest wonderfully in the personal feature of Lord Kṛṣṇa.

Besides these sixty transcendental qualities, Kṛṣṇa has four more, which are not manifest even in the Nārāyaṇa form of Godhead, what to speak of the demigods or living entities. They are as follows. (61) He is the performer of wonderful varieties of pastimes (especially His childhood pastimes). (62) He is surrounded by devotees endowed with wonderful love of Godhead. (63) He can attract all living entities all over the universes by playing on His flute. (64) He has a wonderful excellence of beauty which cannot be rivaled anywhere in the creation.

Adding to the list these four exceptional qualities of Kṛṣṇa, it is to be understood that the aggregate number of qualities of Kṛṣṇa is sixty-four. Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī has attempted to give evidences from various scriptures about all sixty-four qualities present in the person of the Supreme Lord."

  5.

Maybe we are at the beginning stages of a golden age within kali yuga, where there is a revealing of the servants of God, and an end to the reign of the 'controlling' demonic mentality?

If we are awakening to the utter foolishness and folly of controlling mentality, and the exalted position of service mood, in our daily life, then possibly kali's reign has come to an end.

I would say if this is true, we gotta get the good news out there. We surely need it.

I would like to read it with less personals commentaries possing as verses.

  6. I think that Lord Jesus and Kalki avatar are the same person, and the end is near.

read a book called "sign of second comming" from Harun Yahya

srila prabhupada sas that kali yuga's duration is 432.000 years but there are tradition that says that we are in the end.

also the gap between Lord Buddha and Kalki Incarnation is to wide almost 430.000 years it is almost pointless to know an incarnation too far away

  7. i have read a booklet of Gaura govinda about how to recognize a guru...

the relationship is with Krishna why should I cry to him for a guru?

    just chant hare krsna

this is like the jehova witness if you are not with us so you will go to hell.

if ou dont have a guru you cnt go back to godhead as srila prabhupada says

    :puke:

now people are more attached to their gurus than Krsna, this is a subtle deviation from Krsna, people thinks that the guru will save you:wacko:.

  8. Srila Prabhupada is responsible for the situation in Iskcon.

Gurus should not be worshipped at all. One must have respect for them, thats all.

Prabhupada gave us a ritvik initiation system, that mean, He is the center the acarya, he must be worshipped and all others are his priest, just representative.

The flaw in this is that no one follow his instrucction but all the "eleven" wanted to imitate Srila Prabhupada, they wanted to be worshipped and so on.

Why Srila Prabhupada is responsible in this matter?

because He didn't teach with his example, no one in the parampara was treated like Srila Prabhupada, He say that the guru is at the same level as god an dshould be worshipped, in all the gaudiya vaisnava no one was worshipped at the level of like Srila Prabhupada, NO ONE!!

Srila Prabhupada could be more humble and not being worshipped, today no one would be eager to be guru for adoration and so on.

(Sorry for my english but my dicctionary is not at hand)

  9. an scripture says that the lord JesusChrist will participate in the olimpic games (one of Christ lilas), so if is not this year i think that will be the 2012, and this year also is mentioned in other cultures like maya and others that i dont remember now.

i am not joking, but i have no time to explain sorry but go to

    www.cienciaceleste.org.pe

the world will not be destroyed and will not end the year 2012 either. just there will be a change in all orders. the Lord will come and rule the world. also he will come from a heavenly UFO (there are two kind of ufos the heavenly and hellishes, the hellishes are the tiny-ugly- the same that kidnaped duroyana in the past and many people in the present, search it in the mahabharata) , for that reason they are coming they are preparing us for a mass contac, read the bible and book of mormon, there say that the lord will com from the sky, a white cloud.... seated in a white cloud

    hare krsna

  10.

1.57.16 Vyasadeva: give or construct a water tank (large artificial reservoir for storing water)measuring 20 cubits, go to Visnu's Abode. Afterwards born as king or wealthy man or orator.

1.57.17 if measures 1000 cubits, he doesn't fall from Visnu's heaven. All his sins will be destroyed.

1.57.44 and will obtain the auspicious salvation.

1.58 King constructed bridges, dug wells, planted trees did Yajna, Dana and Tapah.

    Again before Yama's assembly.Citragupta.."go to Visnu's Abode".

Aeroplane came, went to Visnu's heaven, the great heaven from which returning is difficult.

2.4.1 Goloka, the Heaven of Visnu, beyond darkness, the world of salvation.

Now, Nofallvadis can't say that there is not sastric evidence of a falldown from the spiritual world. Nofallvadis say that there is no evidence, I guess that they have read all the scriptures (Four Vedas, Upanishad Puranas, etc.) Now no far away in a satvic purana is the evidence. Maybe they will say that this viakunta planet is inside this universe and is posible to fall down, so reading above goloka is in this universe...:eek4:

" O beautiful lady, one should know that the Visnu, Naradiya, Bhagavata, Garuda, Padma and Varaha are all in the mode of goodness. The Brahmanda, Brahma-vaivarta, Markandeya, Bhavisya, Vamana and Brahma are in the mode of passion. The Matsya, Kurma, Linga, Siva, Skanda and Agni are in the mode of ignorance."

  11.

Sorry i should have said the book explains about the demi-god shiva, and the god shiva. One resides in Shiva-dhama and one in Sada-shiva dhama, one being shiva-tattva(technically demi-god), and other Vishu-tattva. Please! Read the book it is amazing!!!

nice, I will read the book

    Lord Shiva= Demi-god Shiva

Lord Sadashiva= God Shiva, expansion of Lord Krsna

Also I have heard about a ParamShiva and it is said that this ParamShiva is the Suprem Person (Shaivism from Cachemira)

so this ParamShiva is the same Lord Krsna?

    thanks and Hare Krsna

    SHREERÄDHÄKRSHNÄBHYÄM NAMAH

    SHREECHAITANYA MAHÄPRABHAVE NAMAH

    SHREENITYÄNANDA PRABHAVE NAMAH

    SHREESHIVASHIVÄY NAMAH

    JAY JAY SHREEBHAKTA VRUNDA...

not only in isKcon but also in some other Vaishnava sampradäyas, there are a lotta bogus souls, who without having any indepthy theoretical or practical information keep spreading around some bogus concocted figments.

    better beware of that...

if one sincerely worshipw LordShiva, HE will bestow upon you the Shuddha Premäbhakti for Bhagavän ShreeKRSHNA...as had happened with Shreela Bhakti Vinoda Thäkurajee, worshipping LordShiva in ShreeDhäm Navadveep, Bhakti Vinodajee got a Darshan of Bhagavän ShreeShiva, who put HIS LotusFeet on his head and bestowed to him the Shuddha Bhakti...

i'd suggest u, not to hobnob with bogus, so-called vaishnavas who differentiate between SHREEHARI & SHREEHARA.

dunno if SHREEMAHÄPRABHUJEE donned one but definitely HE composed a Shiväshtaka...it appears in the 8th chapter of 3rd sarga of ShreeChaitanya Charita Mahäkävya, hope u wouldhave read it in other post.

    SHREENITÄIGAURA PREMÄNANADE...SHREENITÄIIGAURAHARIBOL

Thanks godseed for your post, could you post the complete Sri Caitanya Carita please?
