You can use copper thin wire,no problem what so ever,in this case which spacers will you use? See by shashtra you must tie knots between the beads to avoid friction and in your case if you are going to use copper wire you can use woolen spacers between beads.This woolen spacers are available with rudraksha vendors or with jewellers.In old time Jewellers used to use them in earings. ps-You can also use small sphatiks between beads or zero size rudraksha beads.

Rinkuji If possible post in details medical history of your mom,I shall revert with answers after seeing it,you should continue Shri Maha Mrityunjay japa and it will surely help your mom.While seeing your post I can say that her HB is lower and blood urea is higher due to kidney mal functions,go ahead and meet good eurologist he may advise dialysis,do it and after couple of week her kidney may start function normal again.I underline that you must consult specialist and act on his advises.

First control her blood sugar,use Insulin if not using,consult physician on this. After few dialysis her kidney should start working again.If revives your first goal is to control her blood sugar else in long run Kidneys will have unrepairable damages. Please post her blood and urine report if possible. Rest all remedies like Ayurveda etc..should be stopped right now. Maha Mritunjaya mantra will surely help so continue chanting it.
