24 hrs in a Day?? How to spend

Good question. I'd say when you get home make a plan to get to sleep early. After you've eaten do a little bit of reading, maybe 1 - 2 hours then sleep. Try and rise early as possible. Chant some rounds and then go to work remembering that the result of work is for God.

Being a student, my schedule is a lot more relaxed and I don't have as much pressure as you would. But I still manage to waste a lot of time in unecessary engagements.

Please anybody help me to provide healthy and spritual way to spend my daily routine. I m software professional but always remain restless even having a sleeping schedule of 8-10 hrs.

This may sound silly ... but the best way to spend the day is: Remember God and do not forget Him. The rest will take care of itself.
