Can you say me in which chapter of Bhaghavad Gita, we can get the details of food allowed and which are not?

yea...we have to break fast as it is given. we can get the time to break fast in panjika or calender. you can then have the right time!

Anything that involves killing is not recommended. Vegetables also involves killing but not much pain is involved as the killing of animals. But eating vegetables still involves killing and that is why they must first be offered to GOD (that way we dont get the bad karma involved in killing).

Can we eat meat then as a way of sacrifice to God?

I have heard that we should be vegeteranian and should not eat meat.

but I have also heard that beef is not allowed-but tortoise is allowed to eat-then we are taking meat.

I am confused with it that which foods are really allowed and which are not.

We know that , we should not kill animals, and if we do, we would have great sin.

So, if this is right than why goat is being slaughtered during Durga puja?

Is Krishna and Vishnu same?

As in Bhagwad Puran in chapter 10:

Pleased by the pure devotion of Parikshit for God, Shukdev Says, "When the atrocities of evil demons increased on earth beyond a certain limit, the perplexed earth reached to Brahma in the guise of a cow, and vented her sorrows. Brahma took her and Lord Shiva to Lord Vishnu and prayed Him through Purushsukta. Lord heard their prayers and said, "I know about the sufferings of poor earth. Very soon, I'll take incarnation in Yaduvansh to elevate her burden. All the gods, should take birth in Yadukul to assist me during my human incarnation. And to serve my beloved Radha, all the elves should appear as the womenfolk of Yudu community."

What is fate then and what is the use of it?

I think to have Hari bhakti, we should keep our mind fixed to Sri Krishna and chant the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra.

We never do anything by us. we are controlled by God. He controls us and we do what he wants us to do. As what we want, we cannot do if God do not want. Although what we are thinking is also controlled by God. Then if this happen , then why do we do bad karma? Why we don't obey Sri Krishna.

When we cannot do what we want, we give our cause to fate. then why we are not taking the name of Krishna. Does he not want some people to obey him.

Is it really our fate or it is our Karma?

Yes, we can say the demi-gods --Lord. But it is much better to call Sri Krishna as Lord and to give full respect to him.

As in Bhagabad Gita, he said that if we worship any other deites and ask for something, Sri Krishna will provide us the result. He also said that by worshiping any deites we would go to Brindaban and by worshiping him, we would get him and we will be free from this world of maya.

So, we should always chant......

"Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare"

Although different peoples accept different sripts, Bhagabad Gita is our main book which all hindus should follow.

we should first follow the commands given in Bhagabad Gita and then we should go to other scriptures.

As he said in Bhagabad Gita that he is the only God and he he created everything.

He like the person who take the name of God Krishna.

He also said that , we should not think of our benefits when doing our work.
