  1. Krishna we say as Akhilandskoti Brahmanda Nayaka, meaning there are crores of millions of Universes both material and spiritual and out of these the ones which are material would certainely coexist with the similar yugas.

for example, whil it is kali yuga for us here on earth, perhaps some beings living elsewhere where that species is not as old or as developed as ours will be going through perhaps their satya yuga

The evolutionary theory u have qouted is from darwin and accoring to scriptures, human beings were never evoloved from any other creaters, everything was creatd individually by the will of the lord by Brahma. So no question of Naivity with any being in any of the Lokas eg. Manu was not evoloved he was created by the Lord

Ya it cant be uniform Kali everywhere , my point is there cud be some where same thing exist

  2. Its kaliyuga on the earth planet, is it the same in all other lokas ? i ever wondered about this.

Probabaly this is the reason , india is seeing many floods and dorughts, i mean even in other lokas this yuga must be a prevailing one.

Sorry, don have any scriptural referance for this, just a inquiring thought from the stupid mind.

  3. Hey, Bhagvan means Bhag -Van , possesser of five great opulences in full, which u saw in every incarnation of the supreme lord., out of which beauty is something which is prominant and its utterly missing with this baba.

Just if one uses one's common sense, i mean Krishna, rama, buddha or for that matter any avataras of the supreme had an invaluabe, uncomparbale and incredible beuty....

Do ya find it in SSB? i don think so.

The basic prob with this yuga is that , people go on magics shown by the people, not by scriptures.

  4. <<Not decline in religion, but decline in Dharma and Satyam. Both are different.>>

Guess its something to do with the meaning. There are so many meanings for this word. infact sanskrith is such a beutiful langauge one can derive sevaral meanings for the same word. Here Religion means something in line with the opposite word Adharma (similar to Yada yadahi Adharmasya glanirbhavathi bahratha)- meaning here adharma or non religion means anything that is against to the revealed scriptures, it has got nothin to do with Hindu or any other so called RELIGIONs. However i appreciate ur inputs

    cheers and Hari Hari bol

  5. /images/graemlins/smirk.gifONLY thing stated in Bhavagad Gita was, He WILL come when adharma is at its peak and people do not know the difference between truth and false. Current age is sufficient enough. /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Ya thats right, and he will surely come whenver there is a decline in the religion, but he will come as Kalki in the time as its written in the scriptures, suchnas Bhagavatha nd many more. He willl/can ofcourse take as many incarnations as he likes to deliver the pious and the devotees before that time.

  6. All the demigods are souls which are much advanced than human beings and so are the great devotees of the lord as well

Krishna asks to worship him directly as one can see the person who worships demigods sometimes start thinkin that the demigod itself is the supremelord and by thinkin so that person will commit a big sin. But however there are people who worship the demigods to get the Shudda Bhakthi for the Krishna and such devotion is considered to be good.

  7. Bhagavata purana has given so many Bhavishyavanis (soothsayings). Not only it gave the appearance of Maitreya or Budha but also it has give prediction on appearance of Sri Krishna Chaitanya.

[Maitreya is Buddhist version of Kalki and since Buddha didn't come till 2,500 years ago (2,500 years after Kali yuga began), I don't see how His name could appear here.]

Bhagavatm was written in the beginning of Kali yuga by the Great Sage vyasadeva and it came thru desciplic succession as follows

    1. Krsna 17. Brahmanya Tirtha

    2. Brahma 18. Vyasa Tirtha

    3. Narada 19. Laksmipati

    4. VYASA 20. Madhavendra Puri

    5. Madhva - 21. Isvara Puri, (Nityananda,

    Advaita)

    6. Padmanabha 22. Lord Caitanya

    7. Nrhari 23. Rupa, (Svarupa, Sanatana)

    8. Madhava 24. Raghunatha, Jiva

    9. Aksobhya 25. Krsnadasa

    10. Jaya Tirtha 26. Narottama

    11. Jnanasindhu 27. Visvanatha

    12. Dayanidhi 28. (Baladeva) Jagannatha

    13. Vidyanidhi 29. Bhaktivinoda

    14. Rajendra 30. Gaurakisora

    15. Jayadharma 31. Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati

  8. [First of all rakshash need not have big teeth or look like demons as we know that ravana was a vedic pundiit but he was a rakshash because of his tamsic nature and tendedencies. He studied scriptures but developed tremendous ego which led to his downfall. Even when he lost everything and still he had chance to surreneder Before SriRam but such was his ego that he had to be killed.]

For your kind information even Duryodana had all these bad qualities but he was never considered to be a Rakshahasa but on the other hand Bakasaura was considered to be one

[in modern day time what we see everywhere prople are under tamsic influences. They have egos, kill animals, have illicit relations with others wife, cause harm to others, grab others property, poison others life....where to draw a line.]

Thats true but yet humans are humans are Rakshashas are rakshashas. Just like there are Demigods and yakshhas in different planets. And then there are human beings with godly qualities, which can never make them demigods or yakshah on the earth.

My question was about the different set of people who existed in former times with their own diffferent kingdom.

    Hari hari bol

  9. Dear Bandhus, accept my humble respects,

As we all know every former yugas have seen or encounterd many Rakshashas or danavas who created a lot of havoc and trouble in the atmosphere both tangible and intangible. And Lord desecended down during these times with his associates and killed them to deliver the pious and devotees. eg.in kritha we saw big demons like Hiranyakashipu , in treta we saw ravana , in dwapara we saw Bakasura and where are these in Kali now?

Do they exist in Kaliyuga ? if so where are they ? are they in human being itself? or they live in altogether different planet now in kaliyuga? Many questions and you need to send your comments/thoughts

  10. Dear Arjunji,

We should know from the scriptures that India was not the india which is existing right now! infact the whole world was ruled by a single king and the whole earth was Bhaaratha ruled by King Bharatha, and also many kings like Parikshith have ruled over the world and the whole world was called as Bharath. So in this way if we think the Lord has appeared or will appear on the face of the planet Earth of course in the region of Todays bharath

  11. Dear Madhavji

to add onto that , he considered Lord Sri Ram/Krishna as just one of the Great human beings, not as God. So there is no point in following anything he said or set example of.

What he taught were mere Moral conducts which every parent would teach to thier children. No spirituality involved. As prabhupada says he thought that by gettin independence India will be happy but he found it in more chaotic state than before it was independent. And also when the people like Nehru were accompanaying him, how can we be sure of any genuinity of these people.

I found an article on nehru on the Krishna.org site. read this this is a good one and was infact one of the lectures by srila Prabhupada on Pandit(so called) /images/graemlins/cool.gif Nehru

  12. Come out of this bodily conception of life , saing i m a brahmna, I m sudra and so on

Brahmana iti brahma jnana- (brahmana has got a duty only to spread the Brahma jnana) well none of the so called brahmanas do that right? all the so called brahmanas are either Software engineers, bankers and many more, i mean all have become perfetc shudraas""

  13. {What is the difference between giving up desires which is painful (but not so painful when persuading it) with running away from facts? :hmm:}

Can you be more speicific here! As far as I know any material desire is painful and for that matter any spiritual desire is enlightening. So without making an attempt to divert the mind from the Grapes -as you put them as(Wolf has got its way to put an end to its material desire - i wud say an intelligen wolf)there is no way a true submission for the spiritual desire takes place.

Another example can be given from the scriptures which say that one is actaully embracing at the material tree himself and asking the tree to leave him! thats no intelligence

  14. The very word Bhagvan has got an answer hiding for the question u have quoted.

BHAGAVAN in sanskrith means owner of Five great opulances in full

    1) Richness

    2) Beuty

    3) Knowledge and Intelligence

    4) Famy

    5) RENUNCIATION - This is something you have to stress on

Even after having everything he is fully renunciated. That means to say if you have a fully renunciated state then even when you have all the material opulances, u wouldnt care to HAVE them really, rather u will be detached

You didnt read the Gita fully I guess, cos in the further chapeter the Lord goes on saying that a person who even kills one (forget about having material opulances) in knowledge does not kill actaully.

So the need of the time is the Spiritual knowledge , then you are not attached to any of the possesing even after having it- meaning, even when you loose then you would never repent /images/graemlins/smile.gif

    Hope that help

    Hari Hari bol
