Krishna art

Please give info on Krishna Art such as where I can find guidelines about painting Krishna. Are there any certain rules & regulations or qualifications. I have a strong desire to paint a picture of Krishna for my alter room & wonder what, if any, are the rules. Any books or websites. I can't afford any schools but have art talent.

.. but if you read the book, it will increase the devotional feature of your paint, it will be more like a meditation on krsna, not a simple painting exercise
