Tarun 6 Report post Posted March 12, 2002 At Satya-yuga's start, all were ParamahaMsa - one high level. Then gradually lower mentality was introduced.
Tarun 6 Report post Posted March 12, 2002 By Kaliyuga's end, so-called humans will have become so degraded, they won't be able to understand anything. No preaching possible. Only "I eat u or u eat me." Some shadow gov't heads have already achieved this stage.
Avinash 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2002 There are sects because there are people with different belief systems. I do not understand why people ask such questions only with respect to religion. Sects are found everywhere. As an example, consider historians. Not all historians agree on some point. There are different schools of thought. Do they not belong to different sects? This is true regarding not only historians but others too, like, phychologists, physsicists, biologists etc. etc.
Avinash 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2002 Why should this be in "Health and Wellbeing forum?"
Tarun 6 Report post Posted March 19, 2002 U r right, unless u consider sectarianism a disease. Which it is. In that sense, what isn't? Similarly, many threads in Spiritual Discussions instead really belong on KRSNa Talk Forum. And what about ISTagosthi Forum like we had on VNN? Now that VedicMarriage.com has been shut down, torn down, blown down & thrown down, where else ya gonna... oops! Forget that. I was thinking for my kids' sake, of course. Where's their generation gonna go to meet each other alphabetically, logically, astrologically, systematically?
