[Answer by Hridayananda das Goswami] The soul cannot be moved from the spiritual space which it eternally occupies. "The word sarva-gatah (all-pervasive, or present everywhere) indicates that due to his own actions the jiva transmigrates through all species of life such as devas, human beings, animals and birds.
