Guest guest Posted September 2, 2004 Report Posted September 2, 2004 Apparently there are some villages which speak Sankrit. Some Gurus and swamis and their diciples communicate in sanskrit. It's a language people would learn to study the Hindu texts from the source itself. Quote
Guest guest Posted September 2, 2004 Report Posted September 2, 2004 sanskrit is the mother tongue of lithuanian people. They still speak sanskrit as it was spoken in 3000 bc.It is the national language of that country too.But sanskrit is called as lithuvanian there. But even today if to a peasant in lithuvania,if you speak in sanskrit he can understand it.He will speak in lithuvanian. You will speak in sanskrit. It was never intended to be lanuage of all. Quote
