Guest guest Report post Posted July 31, 2007 LOL - we often take bags of nuts, and bananas with us. Jo Re: Re: Braggs Yes, but sometimes it is very difficult. Sometimes when I travel it is tough to find places that sell organic produce. I have a trip coming up with my wife's family, who have terrible eating habits. I will have to make some fruit leather, and pack some of my own food to bring. The good thing is that my wife doesn't eat what they eat, and she supports me. However, I may have to live on bananas for a week........lol -- Scott Don't under estimate the wisdom of nature.
Guest guest Report post Posted July 31, 2007 In the case of bread there is no need for packaging when bought from the bakers. Guest guest Report post Posted August 15, 2007 I guess I should have went with my instinct and not trusted Bragg's. http://www.welikeitraw.com/rawfood/2005/06/bragg_liquid_am.html I dumped it down the drain after reading this. I am glad I only had it once or twice.
Guest guest Report post Posted August 16, 2007 I can't really see the need for supplementing amino acids. There is plenty of protein in vegan foods.
