Sounds good. Our weekend wasn't to bad but we had thunderstorms last night

and such heavy rain. The roads were flooded this morning. It's been sunny

again today though.

Okay - well here you are Nikki - in charge of weather for a while.

Peter - you are doing a good job with the birdsong - very pretty lately.

Peter (owner) should you be in charge of the stars shining? We'll let Fraggle off duties for a while, until he has moved in properly :-)

Hi Jo

Nooooooo... Please......

It has been so nice here lately, only a couple of cold days. I'll

screw it all up.

Forget it, I'm getting my picket signs and going on strike!

Or, I'll do the stars and let Peter do the weather!

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE!

Dear sir

We here at Weather Unlimited (LLC) take great pride in being able to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently. Sadly, in todays hectic world of climate change, ozone depletion, jet contrails and mylar balloons, mistakes happen.

We regret to inform you that your order for snow had been mistakenly sent rush. We have contacted the shipper, but inter-atmospheric mail is currently offline. If your consignment arrives next week, please accept this token gust of wind, in lieu of damages and dissatisfaction. And we hope you will remember to use Weather Unlimited again in the future.

This is typical faceless beuracratic multi national nonsense. I placed an order in good faith, with plenty of notice. I regret to inform you that unless you comply with my order, there shall be no more birdsong in your vicinity for the forseeable future I have passed the order with the local chapter of the Avian union, and have their full support. P.S. Please find enclosed one slightly soiled bag of wind, which is defective as will only blow in one direction. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future. Notice of foreclosure. As you have failed on the contractual obligations set out in paragraph 16 sub section 23a of the white stuff clause, I have to inform you that due to breach of contract we have assigned the celestial lawers Moonshine and Starbright to begin proceedings against you in the third part of the first part. Please call our office on the main number option 1, 2, 3, have a cup of tea, turn around twice, facing due east.Alternatively, you could e-mail our fax machine, which will clearly not work, but hey, it would be funny to think you might try. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any rogue action by the Avian unions, and any coincidental aerial bombardments of avian excrement that may occur are not sanctioned by ourselves and is not national policy. That's OK - if it's circumstances beyond your control, then, under paragraph

27, subsection B of the Weather Control Act (1972), the nominee (that would

be me) retains all rights to distribute weather as they see fit :-)

*item edited from the Tropospheric Gazette*

Today, agents from the United States FAA announced the arrests of several key ringleaders in a suspected plot to release a hazardous waste onto the properties and/or persons of the Weather Unlimited(LLC) and associates.

Implicated in the plot were 3 foreign born nationals: 2 warblers and a plover, along with several other naturalized birds. (No photo could be secured by press time, but sources close to the case allege a pair of pigeons, and an english sparrow were involved.)
