Guest guest
It doesn't usually go bad, it simply crystalizes and you can break up the crystals with heat. Use it instead of vanilla for flavoring. Use it to make candy. Use it to make sauces. Guest guest
Coffee with your booze of choice in it, usually a brandy or cognac but other folks go with the run of the mill stuff such as whiskey. There are lots of coffee and booze drinks and lots of them have whipped cream on top. Ameretto and coffee is usually with whipped cream. Which reminds me, is there a whipped cream substitute? That is without all the hydrogenated oils and trans fatty acids.
