However I don't think any of the other oils do, but I buy small and use quickly so no need to worry about it going rancid. One year we had a very cold spell (we don't have central heating) and the dishcloth froze to the draining board. I had left the bottle of oil on the draining board that night, and it didn't set or get very thick or anything untoward. I am already old and have sucked down more than my share of toxins including radiation...lived right beside a nuclear power plant that was deliberately releasing radioactive Iodine 131 while my mother was pregnant and through out my little bitty childhood. That is why I don't need lighting in my house. I love my nuts roasted and salted. But I start from raw. I have a central heating radiator in my kitchen and it can get quite warm in there.
