Hi Elektra

Thanks and I guess this group does have a lot of Chris'. Could be a

good thing. An incoming of Chris(t) energy. :-) I don't know

about the Chris Draco. I really like my warcraft name which is Neo.

Hi Sarita,

Thanks for welcoming me into the group. There are a lot of messages

to read. :-) You can probably keep better track of me by just

calling me Neo.

Yes hello MM,

Welcome to the group. These dreams are indicative of an

ipending awakening yet there seems to be other scenarios coming into

it as well. Cats are not usually perterbed by Kundalini. But they can

get upset by entity interactions. Are you doing anything else by way

of a practice or system of communication or " magic " ? - blessings -

A very warm welcome, MM! What an interesting dream (sounds like

Shakti visited you and will be visiting you). And funny about the

cats. As a cat person, I know them well. And they are reacting to a

powerful spiritual force they can " see " or sense that you can't. It's

frightening them but as you learn from it and incorporate the sacred

into yourself, it will be less fearsome to the kitties. Mine are used

to it now. The other unusual thing I've noticed is that babies and

small children just STARE at me and smile or gesture. Even they see

something I don't.

So welocme to our loving and supportive group. I think you'll know a

few people here. And be sure and read through the files, check out

our photos (I was surprised to see and feel connections with people

even though I'd never met them! Like lost family! *Smile*) You could

start reading the safeties and incorporating them into your life...it

makes things go much smoother! I found it to be transformative.

Looking forward to hearing of your experiences and sending you love,

(this is extended to all the new people...I know I haven't spoken to

all of yet)...

I had a similar dream, in mine she was floating and I had the

impression she bit me so I worked very hard to disconnect from

her. She has a lesson to teach us about better protecting

ourselves. Did you recently join a lot of groups or meet a lot of

new people? I think this is her way of warning you and forcing you

to stay home a few days or at least not go out for a few, until you

figure it out.

After the dream I suddenly had a kink in my neck that tooks days to

heal. This is when I worked very hard to remove her connections from

me. Not just her but she brings others with her that connect to you

when she does. Like a group of energy vampires or something. I took

the lesson and looked at ways I tend to vampire as well...then

followed through by healing, growing and changing. Krystle Wing

AT least I am not the only one dreaming of Kali :) I dreamt of her or metal idol

of her, with red gems handing off her 6 hands.

Welcome to the group!

Thank you everyone for your assistance and advice. I had a very strange

sensation when I looked at my hands. Almost like I had never seen them before. I

cannot really explain really red and very much like they are pulsating. I

would like to have some help with the meditation. I am exploring that avenue

also. I do not sleep well at all. Very much sleep deprived. I work a insane

job, were I can feel the folks sucking the energy from me. There are so many

times that I feel that I here to help folks or guide folks to the truth that

they seek. I have been betrayed so much it is just crazy. Which again makes me

sometimes very angry and I close myself off from everyone. But then there

is something that constantly does not allow me to not have the faith in the

true men and women that I meet.

Peace & Love

Welcome!

Glad you are not losing your faith, the important thing to remember when

possible is not to judge others actions or take them personally, just look in to

the mirror of life and work on yourself until the mirror is clear.

When we love unconditionally we see that there is nothing to forgive as all is

perfect. Only when we live in judgement is forgiveness necessary.

We can but try our best!!! We will all get there eventually :-))

I wish you blessings and love

Hey Matt,

Good to see that you have joined.

Oh and I know exactly what you mean when you speak of the lateralus

album. The album is going to start to make perfect sense and may even

help you down your path with the kundalini. Every time you listen to

lateralus it will be like listening to the album for the first time

each time. Ohhh my god, I can't wait till you start expereincing the

song lateralus from the kundalini, its going to blow you away.

I'm so happy that I met you.

much love,

drea

-------------- Original message from Matt Ingram <mattingram:

--------------

Hi All,

I recently got into Kundalini, mainly through a friend that is already

into Kundalini and we were both experiencing energy whenever we talked.

I started noticing other things.. slight changes in vision.. like more

clearity.. and sharper contrasts. Reading about Kundalini I got really

interested in the whole aspect of reaching my true self and healing the

different aspects of myself a long the way. Before getting into this I

had read " A New Earth " By Eckhart Tolle, which is all about living in

the NOW and observing your ego and " pain body " when they take control of

" you " , and working toward healing and overpowering those aspects of you.

I've recently started taking Kundalini Yoga Classes here in Ottawa and

started a 40-day meditation (which at this point after the 40day I'm

thinking will continue to be a daily ritual). The Kundalini Yoga

Classes are amazing and leave me buzzing all day.. and the next day..

The Meditation I've been working on.. I do first thing in the morning as

Sadhana, in the " twilight " hours of the morning. The mediation is

amazing and is really helping me stay deeply relaxed all day.

After a recent conversation with another Kundalini acquaintance, I don't

think I've awakened Kundalini yet- but seems like I'm going in the right

direction. The past few days I've been experiencing a strong blissful

energy on and off in my stomach and chest area.. kinda radiating out..

this is also increased whenever I'm chatting with one of my Kundalini

friends.. also whenever I start reading about Kundalini, that feeling

seems to increase. I've also started feeling that feeling at the base

of my spine.. infact just within typing the last few sentences I can

feel it in my lower-mid spine. Whether thats kundalini related or my

mind making it happen.. I have no idea.. hah.

I've also noticed more and more.. my old self conflicting with a new

self emerging. Typical thoughts of my old self will come out, and my

new self will take over.. an example could be starting to get angry in

frustration and then internally realize what I'm getting angry and

frustrated at is pretty minor, and not worth the waste of energy.

I must say, I find it really interesting.. when I look back over the

past 8 months, when I started getting into spirituality.. the journey so

far that has led me here. I'm in the process of starting to get

seperated from my wife, which was initiated by her.. and I feel great

about it and moving forward.. this seperation and getting into kundalini

started at almost the exact same time.. just funny how things happen..

Also, I've been listening to Tool's album Lateralus for a long time..

and now, with the help of a friend, starting to see all kinds of

Kundalini reference in the album.. one most significantly so far , to me

is, in the song The Grudge (frist song of the album) he talks about

Saturn ascending.. and some other references to Saturn.. Which is the

planet that governs the root chakra where Kundalini starts (from what I

understand, not yet experienced) and.. I also find it interesting that

Saturn's year is 29.5 of our years and I'll be 29.5 in a couple months..

I guess I just find it interesting seeing all these different things

happening and fitting together, seemingly perfect.

anyway.. I'll stop going on and on for now hah. Life is perfect and I'm

loving every moment regardless of the " good " or " bad " . I look forward

to continuing this journey where ever it's going to take me.

Welcome Mike:

You will find good info here - reading the articles is a good start as

well as the safeties - I am curious - how are you practicing Kundalini

?? What do you do exactly? I have never heard it stated this way -

Is your yoga similar to kundalini yoga? I have heard of it but really

do not know how it differs from hatha?

Thanks- always interested in what others are doing - feel free to ask

any ?'s of the group - there is a wealth of knowledge here-
