Judi

Well, howdy Miss Judi,

How's it hanging on your ranch?

Do you miss me? After all, I've been real careful of them there trees, thanks

to your caring admonishment ...Who knows how many trees may have hit me if it

wouldn't have been for the likes of ya.

And tis turtles all the way down

and 'shit' all the way up, if you please...

pathetically, yours

Anna

Pathetic: (Dictionary.com)

1. Arousing or capable of arousing sympathetic sadness and compassion.

2. Arousing or capable of arousing scornful pity,

So, Miss Judy, I'm asking you in which manner are you using pathetic.

(Anna guesses, knowing full well the first two don't count, hearing from the

back of her mind-- no the ocean as she's drowning---pick No. 2, pick No,2)

Or is it the arousing? Hmmm? Oops, has 'anna' gone to far?

(now where oh where did Judi's mind go, for a second, bad, bad , Judy:))

Anna's hearing a song (in her head)

Um boom ba bay

Um boom ba bay

Um Um boom ba bay bay

Pressure pushing down on me

Pressing down on you no man ask for

Under pressure

That burns a building down

Splits a family in two

Puts people on streets

Um ba ba bay

Um ba ba bay

Doo day dauh

Ee day duh,

that's okay!

It's the terror of knowing

What this world is about

Watching some good friends

Scream let me out!

Pray tomorrow takes me higher

Pressure on people

People on streets

day da day

da da dup bup bup

O-kay

Chippin' around

my brains are on the floor

These are the days

It never rains but it pours

Ee do bay ba bup

Novo

Bay lup

People on streets

Dee da dee da day

People on streets

De de dee da dee da dee da

(Thanks to David Bowie and Queen)

(I didn't think you'd like it if I started singing, Home, Home on the ranch,

where the ..........play &

get hung out to dry...:))

There are no special people.

> toombaru

I suppose i should clarify what i mean by " special "

Really i suppose i mean: out of the " ordinary "

That he was a being who's consciousness was vastly more evolved than the

ordinary/average " man/women on the street.

Sai,

It wasn't 'his' consciousness.

There is no one higher the you..........sai.

toombaru

Yes. You are right Toom, i do believe that all is one. And that is what my

essence - my " truth " is " I am That "

But on the level of relativity - this fella known as " sai " ...

well he is not anywhere near as evoved as Ramana.

I am trying to think of myself at the level of truth...to not identify with

sai as " me " .. to abide in the " presence "

like the wave...sai exists for a time (relatively)...and then no more

but " I AM " eternal

Toom - you don't believe in reincarnation?

I can go with your " some radios pick up a clear signal " but i put that down

to the evolution of consciousness.

Some mature " radios " have no obstacles to block the signal...but that's

because they have removed those through their incarnations previously.

That's why i believe some waves are more advanced than others. Although, as

i expressed earlier, i wouldn't call Ramana a wave

And yes...at the heart of it, no wave ever existed.

It can be tricky seeing exactly where one mind is coming from when talking

of these things...switching from the relative to the absolute, as one

contradicts the other - or seemingly.

Sai.....you're speaking wave lingo.

Now what does that mean toom?

Do you mean that i am identifying as a wave...trying to be the ocean?

If so then yes i am i guess. And that is i see a problem! :-)

But i am conditioned, and used to being a wave - even though i know that i

am much more than that...it is not my conscious moment to moment experience.

You say that you believe Ramana.........

He said that there is no reincarnation.

Conceptual thinking is a juggling act.....in which contradictory concepts

struggle for dominance in a dream like state that is mistaken for reality.

For the illusory psychological center

that emerges from this mistaken identity......there is no escape.......for a

very good reason.......the prisoner is the prison.

If a wave were to identify its self as its movement....and if it was programmed

to believe that it was that movement that was its " problem " .....it might

conclude that by stopping that movement it could improve itself.....(which

....for all seekers.....means becoming enlightened)

It never (well almost never) realizes that " it " is nothing other then its own

movement....which (in all seekers) strangely includes its own unceasing search

for its imaginary 'self'.

and even if it could somehow stop its own movement.....it would cease " to be " .

So.......by now you are probably......wondering what you can do to extracate

your self from this......dilemma.

Ain't it a hoot?
