However I have 1.5 carat blue sapphire which is from Shri Lanka and is of wxcellent quality. My question is, whether being less than 3 carat has any effect? Quote

My question is, whether being less than 3 carat has any effect? i am not trying to discourage you.. but atleast 2 carats will be effective in gems... so if u may afford u can wear along with the current gem, some more carat neelam.. just think and act .... no hard rules....
