4th , 5th December 2008 ; 14th, 20th & 27th Fab, 2009 - as per Panchangas .

But for other dates lot of information is required & consultation with expert astrologer in Vastu & Muhurt.

One clarification.Are the good dates given as per panchang for laying foundation/initiate construction suitable for any individual or one has to choose the day according to the birth star/natal chart?Please guide.
