mora
Hi all renowed astrologers, Im a beginner in astrology.Im trying to know certain basic concepts regarding planetary aspects.renowed astrologers please throw some light on it. 1. Whether the aspect of a certain planet is powerfull or its placement in a certain house 2. What will be impact of the " aspect of good planets over the malefic planet" Then how will be dasa/bhukthi /antardasa periods of the malefic planet 3. Whether Sun is considered to be a malefic or benefic! 4. Suppose if sun is considered to be a benefic planet or its in a good placement and is aspecting its enemic planet Rahu. Will the dasa period of Rahu will be good? Regards, Mohan

sasisekaran_pti
Om Gurubhyo Namah namaste dear shri.mora your questions are not simple. the answers are as complex as the questions. Sage parasara and people who followed him have given inummerable rules to assess the strength of a planet. analysis like " the fifth lord joins eleventh lord in the ninth , but placed in a inimical sign will not give so much wealth , but some wealth " fail much of the time and the person who faces the problem is never convinced of replies from astrolgers. the whole process of learning is never ending till we are able to do a blind analysis of the chart correctly. my aim is to move towards that , and if i am able to do even ten percent near the truth, i will be convinced that my begining is right. apart from the laid out rules, various schools of thoughts have come in, complicating the learning process further. adding to this, readings being given just like that prevent many eager people to move forward and learn. if we take charts of twins and start analysing, we will understand how complex a reading could be since, twins invariably have different lifes.. for example one could be a male and the other could be a female with a birth difference of hardly one minute ! how do we explain with the a single chart for the two ? may mother bless all regards sasisekaran chennai
deepa.bhandari
Respected Sasisekaran ji, With due respects sir, i agree to strongly disagree with you upon this account. I have posted an article for publishing wherein learners at every stage must contribute towards astrology as per their great skills. Some astrologers who could rise and shine as the best analysts may not be able to decipher a chart due to a microscopic vision. The results of their analyses however, could delve astonishing success. Its not as negative as your post sounds. You take any discipline for that matter, even doctors vastly differ on what to eat and what not to eat. All theories undergo paradigm shifts with time. That in no way nullifies the sanctity of whatever knowledge we possess today. Best Wishes Deepa
