Aravind Krishna for reminding me that I had forwarded the translation to him as a postscript file some time back, and resending the postscript file to me. I just scanned portions of the file and put them up as images. There were some errors in the file when I first created it; I was too lazy to correct it then, and am too lazy to retype the document now. As a result, there are some wierd characters in the file for which I apologize. Regards.
