Namaste,

Please check the audio section of ambaa.org for the grand

composition karuNajUDavammA in tODi of Saint Thyagaraja on

Dharmasamvardhani, sung by Smt.Rama Ravi. I very sincerely thank the

organizers of her concert for the permission to use the audio for

this song.

The lyrics are from http://www.geocities.com/promiserani2

A friend of mine had sent me the word to word + free translation for

the composition a few months ago, but I have since misplaced the

file he sent me. If someone can translate the song, it will be very

helpful.

Regards.

Thanks to Shri. Aravind Krishna for reminding me that I had

forwarded the translation to him as a postscript file some time

back, and resending the postscript file to me. I just scanned

portions of the file and put them up as images. There were some

errors in the file when I first created it; I was too lazy to

correct it then, and am too lazy to retype the document now. As a

result, there are some wierd characters in the file for which I

apologize.

Regards.
