I think you summed up things beautifully. At the end of it, it's only our belief (whether true or false), and we are fighting for it. In absence of any concrete proofs for various belief systems, everyone is thinking that only their belief (read religion) is the right one and all other's are wrong. Almost all the law and order problems of this world boil down to this.

Could you give some details of what you are saying. How are you so sure that you got enlightment? Some examples will help. If this is true, you should be considered as most sacred guru of this time....

Thanks for your comments, When I say that I feel these so called readers are fooling people, I say after doing my own research and after talking to people who went different readers. The method that they use (which is same) is faulty and they falsely elude people to extract information. I asked many questions on nadi in my various posts, but did not get any convincing answers for even one of them. Let me tell that I had immense faith on this nadi, but when introspected and reasearched more, it turned out to be just hoax for me. If someone can convince me that this is true/right science, I will be most happy person. For me Nadi = (extracting basic info by fooling) + Astrology.

Guest, I went to one of the Nadi reader in Lajpat Nagar (Raju), for predictions. And as I said in my previous posts on this topic, I am sure these reader's are fraud and they are just minting money by fooling people.

Dear members, It has been shown in several scriptures that God(s) were drinking Som Ras, every now and then, for their entertainment or otherwise. What exactly is this somras? What is its constituents? Kindly share your thoughts.

Now the cartoon crisis have shown its ugly face in several countries. People are killing each other for this. Even in india, one of the minister have declared 51 crore ruppes as prize for someone who will kill the cartoonist (how absurd). Why? Have people,who are protesting, seen cartoons themselves? May I humbly request concerned people to protest peacefully if at all it is required.

No Offence. If Satya Sai Baba is really god, then why dont he shuts up mouth of people who point fingers at him? Why dont he do something very godly, so that everyone is convinced that he is god? As far as producing things from mid air are concerned, Why does he only produces things small enough to conceal? Why dont he produce a elephant/mountain out of mid air and show that he is real god?

I dont think this is right. We can see numerous examples in society, where Mother/Father are very well off, but their kids are not (and vice versa). If child inherit s ONLY karmas of mother/father, his life should be somewhat similar to them.

Well, Thanks for your advise, but I think it is more suitable for Christians, as Christ is their belief. I will not be inclined to follow suit, just because of these assurances, unless one can PROVE these things. If no religion on earth has ability to prove, I would like to stick to my Hinduism.

Why should this planet/universe disappear? When we talk of Moksha, it is only for the living beings? Why should all materialistic things disappear? And if they do, what will remain? Empty, Dark space?

In many stories related to Hindy Mythology, we see that some God/Deamon automatically appears and/or disappears from the mid-air. For example, after performing tapasya for many years, God suddenly appears in front of devotee, give him blessings and then disappears. Is there any scientic evidence to this phenomenon? How can we explain these with current knowledge? Is this related to multi-dimensional universe?

Well, I do think there is a strong connection between mothers sould and foetus's soul, in the initial stages. But I have feeling that soul is a soul, and it does not have any characteristics which will make various souls differ. It is either there, or not there.

Actually, the world that we see is only a 3D (3 dimensional) world. Actually, there are many more dimensions. How many, I dont know. When you cover the body with thick glass with black paint, what we are doing, is to soround the 3 dimensions, but the sould can escape using 4th dimension or 5th or 6th... Example ======= For example, imagine you are creature living in 2D world. and your entire universe lies in a plane (say table top). Now one creature in this world draws a circle of very thick permiter with blakc ink and thinks that he has sorround it COMPLETELY (because he is not aware of 3rd dimension, which is up and down). Now when the other creature dies, the soul can espcape using up or down direction. Same holds true for our 3D world as well. These are my views.

Imagime you are struck with deadly accident and you have about 5 mins to live before you die. What will you do/say/think in these 5 mins? What should be most appropriate for our next live(s)? Does hinduism gives some hint? Will you prefer taking gangajal and chant some matra? if yes, which one?

Most important gods as per my view are Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh (Shiv).
