dear friend, myself doctor abhishek goel, first of all for management of hyperthyroidism you must have aushadhiyan like prawal pishti, mukta pishti,which are very effective in hypothyroidism as well as pitt shamak. coconut oil processed with karpur neem ki pattiyan is good, kaphaj guna of coconut oil is reduced with these things.
