Nanda says : In the Siddha Kunjika Stotram in the Chandi Path, Swamiji has translated the meaning of Klim as "Dissolving Bondage to Physical Attachment" Since anything to do with dissolution or dissolving bondage is attributed to Kali I would think that Klim is the bija mantra for Kali, but however I will request Swamiji to confirm and let you know.
