Dear Steve ~ I will be interested to see what Swamiji has to say about this. I asked him this same question in person when I saw him and Shree Maa in Issaqua, WA. I had asked him what do I do when the negative emotion comes up before I can intervene in the space between the circumstance and the emotion. His answer was, "nothing is worth giving up your piece of mind." Quote
