sefroth77
Did Prabhupada pray to Demigods (Siva, Ganesha, etc.)? Yes He only worship Krishna when he was Young. His father was a Great Radhakrishna deity worshipper.
Shivam
Thank You. I've bought the Abhay Charan video set last week shortly after I posted this question. Hari Bol
Bhava
Did Prabhupada pray to Demigods (Siva, Ganesha, etc.)? The title of your post says, "Before Prabhupada's Self-Realization, Did He Pray To The Demigods?". Why do you say "Before" he was self-realized. What makes you think he wasn't always self realized? Shivam
I'm not sure Prabhu. Prior to my purchase of the Abhay Charan video set I thought Srila Prabhupada was Hindu before Sanyasi Vaisnava. Hare Krsna
Guest guest
All is one and one is all,In the BG our lord Krishna says that the demigods are parts of himself. So even if we are praying to a demigod we are still technically praying to the supreme lord Krishna himself. For the pleasure of my lord Sri Krishna
Bhava
I'm not sure Prabhu. Prior to my purchase of the Abhay Charan video set I thought Srila Prabhupada was Hindu before Sanyasi Vaisnava. Hare Krsna Actually, Srila Prabhupada is not from the ordinary category of a Hindu who became a sannyasa and then became liberated. He is a nitya-siddha premi-bhakta. In other words, he didn’t become situated on the highest platform, he already was.
Bhava
I'm not sure Prabhu. Prior to my purchase of the Abhay Charan video set I thought Srila Prabhupada was Hindu before Sanyasi Vaisnava. Hare Krsna Re-reading my first reply, it sounds a little harsh. I really didn't mean for it to sound that way. I apologize if it appeared that way to you. This is the problem with this medium of communication. I'm glad that you have this attraction to the life of Srila Prabhupada...
