JAi sri krishna

A very facinating deity in vaishanism is Sri sudharsana, the personified chakra of vishnu. He is given importance by nimbarka vaisnava and in particular sri vaisnavas. there are various beleifs and stories of how he serves Krihna all the time and protects bhaktas in a very fierce way (such as Ambish raja). I would like to start this post so that people can post any information on this diety so myself or anyone else can know more. so

post:

1. any pictures

2. information on his doctrines, his mention in sastra worship, temples and fesitivals/vratas

3. imporatance given to him in variuos sampradayas

4. very popular in south india/tamil nadu but how is he seen in north india???

5. I heard he has a temple exclusively dedicated to him in Kubhakonam (sri Chakkarapani) where he is with consorts. Any information??

6. Information on his form..particular the yoga narasimha seen on the reverse of his murthy.

7. Any other relevant information, on sudharshana.

Thank u , Jay Sri Krishna, jaya jaya Sri Sudharsana!!!!!!!

Sudharshana is actually Narasimha Swami on one side and Vishnu on other side if you notice the Idol in temples. The Sannidhanam of Shree Sudarahana has 8 pillars implying all the 8 directions, radiance of Lord spread through. Coming around 12 times in the Sannidhanam of Sudharshana regularly is suppose to remove the ill effects of papa karma (Provided you dont repeat it again). He is also known to remove the bad name when one is innnocent and gets a bad name in a situational crisis, He will establish the Justice to that person. I have personally felt it in my life in a very crucial moment.
