Not me i only eat prasadam spiritual food !!!! well it was me 5 days in IC at the hospital one main artery 90% block ,so my diet has change big time , i still honor maha presad in very small amounts.

We tend to mistake prasadam for temple food. That food may not be prasadam and the fruit salad the sadhu is sharing under the tree might be.

 

Fruit flower leaf water, I read nothing that says it must be offered on a temple altar, just with love.

 

Good luck taking care of that ticker. Once we get a human boat it's good to get all the mileage we can out of it.
