Govindaram Posted January 19, 2004 Report Posted January 19, 2004 Hare Krishna I had a dream about some fish (very colourful), flying without water, on the wall, i have heard this is sort of a spiritual dream, but have no idea what it means, any ideas prabhus? Quote
livingentity Posted January 19, 2004 Report Posted January 19, 2004 of Krsna and Spiritual Master have any value or substance. I can not remember exactly what Prabhupada tells us about this but if you have the folio disk I am sure you can type in either dream or dreams and find the references. Quote
lover_soul Posted January 19, 2004 Report Posted January 19, 2004 We should just forget dreams, most of them are about apprehension, fear or some sort of an unwanted phenomenon. So, it really does not matter what they are about, unless they are about krishna, then you should keep them to yourself or you know what they say- you will lose their sweetness. Quote
Kulapavana Posted January 19, 2004 Report Posted January 19, 2004 unless it was a dream about Matsya Avatar it was probably just another fish dream /images/graemlins/wink.gif Quote
Govindaram Posted January 19, 2004 Author Report Posted January 19, 2004 Hare Krishna Thats the answer I was looking for, thankyou. Ps. I'm surprized no-one made the joke 'govindaram sleeps with the fishes' /images/graemlins/mad.gif /images/graemlins/crazy.gif Quote
Gauracandra Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 I think a fish is an auspicious symbol. Christianity has the symbol of a fish, and I may be wrong, but I think fish carvings decorate some temples. Not sure what the dream means, but I think it was likely an auspicious sign. Quote
Guest guest Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 Too much LSD in the past? Flashbacks? /images/graemlins/smile.gif Quote
Govindaram Posted January 21, 2004 Author Report Posted January 21, 2004 Hare Krishna It must be due to my innumerable past-lives, sin after sin, that made me dream of fishes, or maybe it was just because I had some cheese before bed /images/graemlins/grin.gif The only flashbacks I have, are in the jokes section, I have no idea where I came up with them LOL /images/graemlins/tongue.gif Quote
Guest guest Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 Sounds a little fishy to me... Quote
