Shankara's Meditation on Bhagavad-gita

Does anyone knows what is the Sanskrit name for Shankara's meditation on the Bhagavad-gita which His Divine Grace A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada translated and wrote purports for? The tanslation and text can be found in Chapter 3 of Science of Self Realization by Srila Prabhupada

The name of the work is Gita-Mahatmya (glorification of the Gita).

 

There is another Gita-Mahatmya found within the Padma Purana, which explains the importance of each of the 18 chapters. Though named the same, they are unrelated.
