Anatomy Of Hatha Yoga

The book "Anatomy Of Hatha Yoga: A Manual For Students, Teachers And Practitioners" explains in great detail the physiological aspects of yoga. This book will help anyone understand what their bodies are doing during asanas and especially pranayama. Mr. Coulter's passion and respect for yoga shines through clearly. In this inspired book he has taken his knowledge of anatomy and his experience and produced a classic yoga text that will be used for years to come. In fact, it should be a required textbook for all yoga instructors and serious practitioners.
