Anatomy Of Hatha Yoga

The book "Anatomy Of Hatha Yoga: A Manual For Students, Teachers And Practitioners" explains in great detail the physiological aspects of yoga. This book will help anyone understand what their bodies are doing during asanas and especially pranayama. Mr. Coulter's passion and respect for yoga shines through clearly.
